Abstract
본 발명은 건설 중장비용 주행연동장치에 관한 것으로, 주행페달과 동기하여 파일럿펌프의 토출유를 전후진 선책밸브로 전달하는 감압밸브와 상기 전후진선택밸브 사이의 유로에 연결되는 분기유로와; 상기 분기유로에 연결되어 상기 주행페달 조작시에 파일럿펌프의 토출유를 상기 분기유로를 통해 공급받는 유압실린더와; 상기엔진(ENG)의 스로틀 밸브와 유압실린더 사이에 연결되어 상기 유압실린더의 변위량에 따라 스로틀 레버를 변위시킴으로써 엔진(ENG)의 회전수를 가감하는 연결수단을 포함하여 구성되어 있다.

Claims (4)
- 주행페달과 동기하여 파일럿펌프의 토출유를 전후 선택밸브로 전달하는 감압밸브와 상기 전후진선택밸브사이의 유로에 연결되는 분기유로와; 상기 분기유로에 연결되어 상기 주행페달 조작시에 파일럿펌프의 토출유를 상기 분기유를 통해 공급받는 유압실린더와; 상기 엔진의 스로틀 밸브와 유압실린더 사이에 연결되어 상기 유압 실린더의 변위량에 따라 스로틀 레버를 변위시킴으로서 엔진의 회전수를 가감하는 연결수단을 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 건설 중장비용 주행연동장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 주행페달의 하단부에 부가되는 스위치 작동 수단과; 주행페달이 최대작동 구간일때 스위치 작동수단에 의해 작동되어 기계적인 변위를 전기적인 신호로 변환시키는 리미트 스위치와; 상기 리미트 스위치의 전기적 신호를 입력받아 엔진의 회전수가 최대가 되도록 제어하는 콘트롤러를 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 건설 중장비용 주행연동장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 엔진의 회전수를 검출하기 위한 회전수 검출수단과; 메인펌프의 토출 유량을 제어하는 프로포셔널 밸브와; 상기 프로포셔널 밸브와 메인펌프를 엔진 회전수가 최대인 경우에 엔진의 출력기 전량 주행장치에 이용되어 주행속도가 최대가 되고, 주행저항에 의해 엔진 회전수가 감소되는 경우에는 주행속도가 감속되도록 제어하는 콘트롤러를 포함하여 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 건설 중장비용 주행연동장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 리미트 스위치의 전기적 출력신호에 의해 엔진의 출력이 최대가 되도록 스로틀 레버를 최대로 작동시키는 엔진 스텝핑 모터를 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 건설 중장비용 주행연동장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
