Abstract

본 발명은 녹말에서 덱스트로즈를 상업적으로 생산하는 동안, 아밀로글루코시다제, 풀루라나제 또는 α-아밀라제의 효소들에 의하여 가수분해될 수 없는 아당류 말툴로즈를 제조하는 방법에 관한다. 본 발명은 말툴로즈 가수 분해용 효소 제조물에 관하여 기술하고 있다.
말툴로즈를 효소 가수 분해시키는 방법은 녹말 당화 과정중 단당류 수준을 증가시키기 위한 신규 및 추가의 방법을 제공한다.

녹말의 당화에서 단당류 수준을 증가시키는 방법 및 이에 유용한 효소(A METHOD FOR INCREASING MONOSACCHARIDE LEVELS IN THE SACCHARIFICATION OF STARCH AND ENZYMES USEFUL THEREFOR)

Claims (14)

  1. 말툴로즈를 가수 분해시킬 수 있는 효소를 포함하는 효소 제조물로서, 상기 효소 제조물은 말툴로즈를 가수 분해시킬 수 있는 효소가 보강된 효소 제조물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 미생물에서 얻어진 말툴로즈를 가수 분해할 수 있는 효소 제조물.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 미생물이 곰팡이인 효소 제조물.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 곰팡이가 아스퍼질러스(Aspergillus) 균주 또는 트리코더마(Trichoderma) 균주인 효소 제조물.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 효소 제조물이 겔 여과에 의하여 분자량을 측정한 결과 약 132KD인 아스퍼질러스 나이저(Aspergillus niger)에서 얻은 말툴라제 효소를 포함하는 효소 제조물.
  6. 말툴라제 가수 분해용 제조물의 용도.
  7. 말툴로즈 가수 분해용 제1항의 효소 제조물의 용도.
  8. 상기 말툴로즈를 가수 분해시키는 효소 제조물을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 말툴로즈 가수 분해 방법.
  9. (a) 덱스트로즈, 이소-시럽 및/또는 덱스트린을 함유하는 수성용액을 제조하는 단계; (b) 상기 욕액에 말툴로즈를 가수 분해시킬 수 있는 효소를 포함하는 효소 제조물을 가하는 단계〔상기 효소 제조물은 말툴로즈를 가수분해시킬 수 있는 활성이 강화된〕; 및 (c) 단계 (b)에서 얻은 용액을 말툴로즈를 가수 분해시키기에 적당한 조건하에서 1시간 동안 인큐베이팅시키는 단계를 포함하는 방법으로서, 덱스트로즈, 이소-시럽, 및/또는 말툴로즈 함유 덱스트린을 포함하는 용액으로부터 글루코즈를 제조하는 방법.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 풀루라나제(pullanase), 산성 아밀라제(acid amylase), 또는 이들의 혼합물로 추가로 포함하는 방법.
  11. 제7항에 의하여 제조된 덱스트로즈 시럽을 이용하는 것을 포함하는 발효 공정.
  12. 에탄올을 발효에 의하여 생성하는 제11항의 발효 공정.
  13. 녹말에서 얻을 수 있으며 실질적으로 말툴로즈가 제거된 텍스트로즈 시럽.
  14. 녹말에서 얻을 수 있으며 실질적으로 말툴로즈가 제거된 이소-시럽.
