Abstract

본 발명은 전기적으로 마찰 라이닝의 마모를 경보하는 마찰 라이닝 경보 장치를 구비한 디스크 브레이크용 플로팅 캘리퍼(1)에 관한 것으로, 이 플로팅 캘리퍼(1)는 전기 경보 케이블(3)용으로 자체에 고정되는 소켓 접속부(2)를 구비한다. 소켓 접속부(2)가 안전하고 공간 절감적으로 배치되어 간단히 저렴한 비용으로 고정되는 것을 보장하기 위해, 본 발명에 따라 소켓 접속부(2)는 플로팅 캘리퍼(1)의 중앙 홈(6) 내에 배치되고 둘레 방향을 따라 중앙으로부터 옆 쪽으로 돌출된 고정부(7)를 구비하며, 고정부(7)는 플로팅 캘리퍼(1)에 나사 결합된다. 소켓 접속부(2)는 플로팅 캘리퍼(1)에 일체로 주조되어 각각 소켓 접속부(2)의 스토퍼를 형성하는 니플(9,10)로 이루어진 선회 방지 장치에 의해 중앙 홈(6) 내에서 소정의 위치에 고정된다.

Claims (3)

  1. 전기적으로 마찰 라이닝의 마모를 경보하는 마찰 라이닝 경보 장치를 구비한 디스크 브레이크에 설치되고, 전기 경보 케이블(3)용 소켓 접속부(2)가 자체에 고정되는 디스크 브레이크용 플로팅 캘리퍼(1)에 있어서, 소켓 접속부(2)는 그 대부분이 플로팅 캘리퍼(1)의 중앙 홈(6) 내에 배치되고 둘레 방향을 따라 중앙으로부터 옆 쪽으로 돌출된 고정부(7)를 구비하며, 고정부(7)는 축선에 평행하게 편심적으로 배치된 고정 나사(8)에 의해 플로팅 캘리퍼(1)에 나사 결합되며, 플로팅 캘리퍼(1)는 중앙 홈(6)의 부위 및 둘레 방향으로 고정 나사(8)의 옆 쪽 부위에 그와 일체로 주조된 니플(9,10)을 구비하고, 니플(9,10)은 소켓 접속부(2)의 고정 나사(8) 둘레로의 선회를 미소한 각도 범위로 한정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 브레이크용 플로팅 캘리퍼.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 니플(9,10)에 의해 형성된 스토퍼 사이에서의 소켓 접속부(2)의 최대 선회각은 20° 미만인 것을 특징으로 하는 플로팅 캘리퍼.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 소켓 접속부(2)의 고정부(7)는 니플(10)과의 접촉을 위해 둘레 방향의 외측으로 돌출된 돌출부(12)를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 플로팅 캘리퍼.
