Abstract

셀룰로스 섬유를 용해제가 셀룰로스 섬유를 녹이지 않은 조건에서 3차 아민-N-옥시드, 염화리튬/N, N-디메틸아세토아미드 또는 N-메틸모르폴린-N-옥시드 같은 셀룰로스 섬유 용해제에 침지시킨다. 따라서, 셀룰로스 섬유의 흡수성과 흡습성 및 수분 방출성은 셀룰로스 섬유의 강도 및 감촉을 열화시키지 않고 개선될 수 있다.

Claims (7)

  1. 결정성 및 중합도가 변하지 않고 결정성 부위도 용해되지 않는 결합수의 양을 증가시키기 위한 개선된 셀룰로스 섬유.
  2. 셀룰로스 섬유가 셀룰로스용해제로 용해될 수 없는 조건하에서 셀룰로스 섬유를 셀룰로스 용해제와 접촉 시켜 이로써 셀룰로스 섬유의 흡수성과 흡습성 및 수분 방출성을 개선하는 단계로 이루어지는 셀룰로스 섬유 개선 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 셀룰로스 용해제가 3차 아민-N-옥시드인 것을 특징으로 하는 개선 방법.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 셀룰로스 용해제가 N, N-디메틸아세토아미드 및 염화리튬 혼합용액인 것을 특징으로 하는 개선 방법.
  5. 제2항에 있어서, 셀룰로스 용해제가 3차 아민-N-옥시드의 0.1 내지 60중량%의 수용액이고 침지처리가 10 내지 85℃의 온도에서 실행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 개선 방법.
  6. 제2항에 있어서, 셀룰로스 용해제가 N, N-디메틸아세토아미드에 용해된 염화 리튬의 0.1 내지 8중량%의 혼합용액이고 침지처리가 10 내지 80℃의 범위의 온도에서 실행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 개선 방법.
  7. 제2항에 따른 방법으로 개선된 셀룰로스 섬유
