Abstract

연속 가변식 무단 변속기는 로울러 지지 부재에 요동 가능하게 연결된 상부 링크와, 케이싱에 장착되고 주축의 축을 따라 형성된 개구를 구비한 링크 포스트를 포함한다. 지지 핀은 상부 링크 포스트 사이에 배치되고, 각각은 상부 링크에 장착된 일단부와 링크 포스트의 개구 내에 요동 가능하게 삽입된 타단부를 구비한다.

Claims (7)

  1. 케이싱과, 상기 케이싱 내에 배치된 주축과, 상기 주축 상에 배치된 입력 및 출력 디스크와, 마찰 결합을 통한 동력 변속을 보증하기 위해 상기 입력 및 출력 디스크 사이에 개재된 동력 로울러와, 상기 동력 로울러를 회전 가능하게 지지하기 위해 배치된 지지 부재와, 상기 지지 부재에 요동 가능하게 연결된 링크와, 상기 케이싱에 장착되고, 상기 주축의 축을 따라 형성된 개구를 구비한 링크 포스트와, 상기 링크와 상기 링크 포스트 사이에 배치된 핀으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연속 가변식 변속기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 각각의 상기 핀은 상기 링크에 장착된 일단부와 상기 링크 포스트의 상기 개구 내에 요동 가능하게 삽입된 타반부를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연속 가변식 변속기.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 핀은 서로 대향 배치된 2개의 핀을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연속 가변식 변속기.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 핀은 압입 끼워맞춤을 통해 상기 링크에 장착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연속 가변식 변속기.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 핀은 발취 방지 핀에 의해 상기 링크에 장착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연속 가변식 변속기.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 핀은 상기 링크에 일체형인 것을 특징으로 하는 연속 가변식 변속기.
  7. 케이싱과, 상기 케이싱 내에 배치된 주축과, 상기 주축 상에 배치된 입력 및 출력 디스크와, 마찰 결합을 통한 동력 변속을 보증하기 위해 상기 입력 및 출력 디스크 사이에 개재된 동력 로울러와, 상기 동력 로울러를 회전 가능하게 지지하기 위해 배치된 지지 부재와, 상기 지지 부재에 요동 가능하게 연결된 링크와, 상기 케이싱에 장착되고, 상기 주축의 축을 따라 형성된 개구를 구비한 링크 포스트와, 상기 링크와 상기 링크 포스트를 연결시키기 위한 수단으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연속 가변식 변속기.
