Abstract

본 발명은 용액중에 전극을 대향설치하고 이 대향 전극에 전압을 인가하여 액중의 이온을 양극과 음극으로 분리배출되게 하는 액중 이온 분리장치의 고효율화에 관한 것으로, 팔라듐(Pd)이 함유된 백금(Pt)합금으로 전극을 형성하여 액중 석출이 거의 없게 함으로써 전극수명을 대폭 연장시키고, 전극의 형상은 유통개부(16)를 갖거나 그물 코를 갖는 그물 전극(22)으로 구성하여 수류의 속도를 줄이고 또한 전극간의 이격거리를 좁혀적은 소비전력으로 고효율화하고, 인가 전압은 구형파 펄스 또는 이와 유사한 파형의 전원을 사용하여 매우 효율적으로 이온을 집속하고 또한 전극 표면으로의 고형 불순물 부착(scale)속도를 크게 줄이도록 하고, 공급수 중에 이온화가 용이한 소금(NaCl)이나 염화칼륨(KCl)등을 첨가하여높은 살균력을 얻을 수 있도록 하고, 또한 배출 이온수를 오존화 및 자화수(磁化水)화 하도록 한 것이다

Claims (5)

  1. 급수구(2)와 출수구(4)(6)를 갖는 케이스(8)내에 이온 교환막(10)이 설치되고, 이온 교환막(10)의 양측에 평판형의 양전극(12)과 음전극(14)이 평행 설치된 통상의 액중 이온수 장치에 있어서, 폐라이트 재질로된 양전극을 팔라듐(Pd)이 함유된 백금(Pt)합금으로 하고, 양전극(18)또는 음전극(20)또는 이들 모두에 다수의 구멍(16)을 개설하고, 양전극(18)과 음전극(20)단자간에 펄스파 전압(Pac)(Pp)을 인가하여서 된 액중 이온 분리장치
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 양전극(18)과 음전극(20)의 내측에, 또는 양전극(18)과 음전극(20)대신에 한쌍의 그물전극(22)(24)을 설치하고, 그물 전극(22)(24)에 펄스파 전압(Pac)(Pp)을 인가하여서 된 액중 이온 분리장치
  3. 제1항또는 제2항에 있어서, 공급수에 소금(NaCl)이나 염화칼륨(KCl)을 첨가함을 특징으로 하는 액중이온 분리장치
  4. 제1, 2, 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 음이온수나 양이온수 또는 모두를 오존화시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 액중 이온 분리장치
  5. 제1, 2, 3항 중앙 어느 한 항에 있어서, 음이온수나 양이온수 또는 모두를 자화수(磁化水)화 시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 액중 이온 분리 장치
