Abstract

본 발명은 내HCFC성, 외관 및 성형가공성이 우수한 공압출 시트에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 고농도의 비닐시안화 단량체를 포함하는 매트릭스 공중합체와 그라프트 공중합체로 이루어진 내HCFC성 및 성형성이 우수한 열가소성 수지와, 광택 및 광차폐성이 우수한 열가소성 수지를 적정두께 비율로 공압출시킨 공압출 시트에 관한 것이다.
본 발명은 다량의 아크릴로니트릴의 사용 및 다량의 고무질의 도입에 의한 문제점을 갖지 않으면서, 내약품성, 특히 내HCFC성이 우수할 뿐만 아니라, 외관 및 성형가공성이 우수한 공압출 시트를 제공한다. 본 발명에 의해 제공되는 공압출 시트는 내HCFC성이 우수하여 발포제로서 HCFC를 사용하는 냉장고용 내상재로서 유리하게 사용될 수 있다.

Claims (1)

  1. (A) 방향족 비닐계 단량체 35∼70중량％, 비닐시안화 단량체 30∼60중량％, 및 아크릴산에스테르 단량체 0∼35중량％ 이하로 이루어지고, 중량 평균 분자량이이상이며, 미반응 단량체의 함량이 총 단량체 혼합물에 대하여 0.1중량％ 이하인 매트릭스 공중합체(a) 40∼90중량％; 및 방향족 비닐계 단량체 5∼30중량％비닐시안화 단량체 또는 아크릴산에스테르 단량체 10∼45중량％ 및 공액 이중결합을 가진 단량체 50∼80중량％로 이루어진 고무질 중합체(b―1) 30∼98중량％, 비닐계 단량체 1∼69중량％, 및 비닐시안화 단량체 또는 아크릴산에스테르 단량체 1∼21중량％로 이루어진 그라프트 공중합체(b) 10∼60중량％로 이루어진 내HCFC성 열가소성 수지와; (B) 입경 0.5㎛ 이하의 디엔계 고무 그라프트 공중합체 10∼25중량％, 방향족 비닐계 단량체 40∼60중량％ 및 비닐시안화 단량체 15∼50중량％로 이루어지고, 단량체 혼합물 100중량부에서 대해 스테아린계 무기 금속염을 3∼7중량부 함유하는 광차폐 열가소성 수지를; (A)수지층/(A)수지와 (B)수지의 혼합층/(B)수지층으로 공압출시켜 이루어지는 시트로서, 공압출 시트 전체에 대한 상기한 (A)수지층 두께비는 85％이하이고, (B)수지층의 두께비는 10∼80％임을 특징으로 하는 공압출 시트.
