Abstract
본 발명은 선불 방식의 에너지 계량 정산 장치 및 방법에 관한 것으로, 종래에는 에너지 사용 요금의 회수를 후불제를 적용함으로써 각 에너지 사용료의 회수가 지연될 뿐만아니라 에너지 공급처의 수용가 요금 연체에 따른 업무의 증가와 수용가의 후납에 따른 물가 인상분 미회수가 발생하고, 각 에너지에 대한 정보 및 제어 방법이 서로 상이함으로 불필요한 에너지의 사용 관리가 용이하지 않은 단점이 있다. 이러한 종래의 문제점을 개선하기 위하여 본 발명은 선불제 방식을 채용함에 의해 사용하고자 하는 만큼의 에너지에 대한 금액을 지불하여 IC카드에 기록한 후 현재까지 사용된 에너지의 사용량 및 사용 금액을 실시간적으로 표시함은 물론 요금을 정산하도록 창안한 것으로, 본 발명은 선불제의 도입으로 각 에너지 공급처의 관련 에너지 검침 비용을 줄임은 물론 수용가의 사용료의 연체 및 미회수가 소멸되는 효과가 있고 또한, 에너지 단위 사용값이 변경되어도 실시간으로 적용하여 현실적인 에너지 사용량 및 사용 금액을 사용자에게 표시함은 물론 사용자가 각 에너지에 대한 제어 기능을 제공함으로써 불필요한 에너지의 사용을 억제하여 에너지 절감 효과를 유도할 수 있다.The present invention relates to a prepayment method and apparatus for energy metering and, in the past, the application of a post-payment system for collecting energy usage fees has delayed the recovery of each energy usage fee, There is a disadvantage in that it is not easy to manage unnecessary energy use because information on each energy and control method are different from each other.
