Abstract
본 발명은 재비등기 압축기를 구비한 이중 순도의 산소 발생기에 관한 것인데, 이 장치에서는 저순도 및 고순도의 산소 생성물이 압축된 공급 공기 시트림(10)의 저온 증류에 의해 생산되며, 이 때 저순도(97% 미만)의 산소 생성물(38)은 통상의 저순도 칼럼(25)에 의해 제공되며, 고순도997% 이상)의 산소 생성물(36)은 증류시스템(15, 25)으로부터 산소-풍부 스트림(35)의 고순도 칼럼(23)에서 정류에 의해 제공된다. 저순도 칼럼(25)의 비등물(31)은 적합한 제1공정 스트림(30)의 응축에 의해 제공되며, 고순도 칼럼의 비등물은 상기 제1공정 스트림(30)보다 고압에서 적합한 제2공정 스트림(21)의 응축에 의해 제공된다. 산소 풍부 스트림(35)은 저압 칼럼(25)으로의 공급물(26')의 산소 농도 이상의 산소 농도를 가진다.

- 저순도(97% 미만)의 산소 생성물 스트림(38) 및 질소-풍부 스트림(28)을 생산하며, 적합한 제1공정 스트림(31;212)이 응축되어 칼럼(25)에 비등물을 제공하는 기저 재비등기(31;211)를 구비한 저순도의 칼럼(25)을 포함하는 증류 시스템(15, 25)에서 압축된 공급 공기 스트림(10)을 저온 증류하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 방법은, 저순도 칼럼(25)으로의 공급물(26')의 산소 농도 이상의 산소 농도를 가진 산소-풍부 스트림(35;611)이 증류시스템(15,25)으로부터 배출되고, 고순도의 칼럼(23)에서 정류되는데, 이 때, 이 칼럼의 기저 재비등기의 열은 적합한 제2의 공정 스트림(21)의 응축에 의해 제공되어 고순도(97% 이상)의 산소 생성물 스트림(36)을 제공하며, 상기 제2공정 스트림(21)은 상기 제1공정 스트림(30;212)보다 고압인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.

- 제2항에 있어서, 저부 재비등물(22)을 고순도 칼럼(23)에 제공하는 공정 스트림은 추가로 압축된(20) 공급 공기(10)의 일부(21)인 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 저부 재비등물(22)을 고순도 칼럼(23)에 제공하는 공정 스트림은 추가로 압축된(20) 고압 질소 상부(27)의 적어도 일부인 방법.
- 제2항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 산소-풍부 스트림(35)이 저압 칼럼(25)으로부터 배출되는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 산소-부족 상부 증기(37)가 산소-풍부 스트림(35)이 배출된 위치와 거의 동일한 위치의 저압 칼럼(25)으로 복귀되는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 산소-풍부 스트림(35)이 저압 칼럼(25)의 모임통(sump)으로부터 배출되는 방법.
- 제2항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 산소-풍부 스트림(611)이 고압 미정제 액체 산소 기저부(26)의 일부인 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 증기 스트림(711)이 고압 미정제 액체 산소 기저부(26)의 공급물 아래 위치의 저압 칼럼(25)으로 배출되고, 산소-풍부 스트림(611)의 공급물 아래 위치의 고순도 칼럼(23)으로 공급되는 방법.
- 제2항 내지 제4항 중 어느 함 항에 있어서, 저부 재비등물(211)을 저압 칼럼에 제공하는 공정 스트림은 압축된 공급 공기(10)의 일부(212)이고, 고압 질소 상부(27)의 적어도 일부(30)는 저압 칼럼(25)의 중간 위치의 재비등기(31)에서 응축되는 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 산소-풍부 스트림(35)이 상기 중간 재비등기(31) 상부 위치의 저압 칼럼(25)으로부터 배출되고, 고순도 칼럼(23)의 중간 위치로부터 배출된 아르곤 풍부 증기 스트림(511)은 아르곤 칼럼(510)에서 분리되어 아르곤 생성물 스트림과 고순도 칼럼(23)으로 복귀도는 액체 아르곤-고갈된 스트림(512)을 생산하는 방법.

- (i) 압축된 공급 공기(10)를 정류하는 증류 시스템(15, 25)으로서, 저순도(97% 미만)의 산소 생성물 스트림(38) 및 질소-풍부 스트림(28)을 생산하는 저순도 칼럼(25)을 포함하는 증류 시스템; (ⅱ)적합한 제1공정 스트림을 응축하여 비등물을 저순도 칼럼(25)에 제공하는 상기 저순도 칼럼(25)내 기저 재비등기(31;211); (ⅲ) 상기 제1공정 스트림을 상기 재비등기로 공급하는 수단(27, 30; 11,212); 및 (ⅳ) 상기 장치로부터 저순도의 산소 생성물 스트림을 배출시키는 수단(38)을 구비하여 제1항의 방법에 의해 압축된 공급 공기(10)의 저온 증류에 의해 저순도의 산소 및 고순도의 산소 생성물을 생산하는 장치로서, 이 장치는 추가로 (ⅴ) 공급물 (26')의 산소 농도 이상의 산소 농도를 가진 산소 풍부 스트림을 고순도(97% 이상)의 산소 생성물 스트림을 제공하는 저순도 칼럼(25)으로 정류하는 고순도 칼럼(23): (ⅵ) 상기 증류 시스템(15, 25)으로부터 상기 산소-풍부 스트림을 배출시켜 그것을 고순도 칼럼(23)에 제공하는 상기 수단(35;26, 611); (ⅶ) 적합한 제2공정 스트림을 응축하여 비등물을 고순도 칼럼(23)에 제공하는 상기 고순도 칼럼(23)내 기저 재비등기(22); (ⅷ) 상기 제1공정 스트림을 저순도 칼럼 재비등기(31;211)에 공급하는 압력보다 고압에서 상기 제2공정 스트림을 상기 고순도 칼럼 재비등기(22)로 공급하는 수단; 및 (ⅸ) 상기 장치로 부터 고순도 산소 생성물을 배출시키는 수단(36)을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 증류 시스템이 하기 (1) 내지 (12)의 수단을 구비하는 장치; (1) 압축된 공급 공기(10)의 적어도 일부를 고압 질소 상부 및 고압 미정제 액체 산소 기저부로 정류하는 고압 칼럼(15); (2)고압 미정제 액체 산소 기저부를 저압 질소 상부 및 저압 액체 산소 기저부로 정류하는 저압칼럼(25); (3) 고압 미정제 액체 산소 기저부의 적어도 일부를 저압칼럼(25)으로 공급하는 수단(26, 29); (4) 고압 질소 상부의 적어도 일부를 응축시키고 응축된 고압 질소 상부의 적어도 일부를 환류물로서 고압 칼럼(15)으로 복귀시키는 수단(27, 31,32); (5) 적합한 제1공정 스트림을 응축하여 비등물을 저압 칼럼(25)에 제공하는 상기 저압칼럼(25)내 기저 재비등기(31;211); (6) 상기 제1공정 스트림을 상기 재비등기(31;211)로 공급하는 수단(27,30; 11, 212); (7) 상기 장치로부터 저순도의 산소 생성물 스트림(38)을 배출시키는 수단; (8) 산소 풍부 스트림을 산소-부족 상부 증기(37) 및 고순도 액체 산소 기저부로 정류하는 고순도 칼럼(23); (9) 상기 증류 시스템(15,25)으로부터 상기산소-풍부 스트림을 배출시켜 그것을 고순도 칼럼(23)에 공급하는 수단(26;35); (10) 적합한 제2공정스트림을 응축하여 비등물을고순도 칼럼(23)에 제공하는 상기 고순도 칼럼(23)내 기저 재비둥기(22); (11)상기 제1공정스트림을 저압 칼럼 재비등기(31;211)에 공급하는 압력보다 고압에서 상기 제2공정 스트림을 상기 고순도 칼럼 재비등기(22)로 공급하는 수단(20, 21); 및 (12) 상기 장치로부터 고순도 산소 생성물을 배출시키는 수단(36).
