Abstract

에틸렌 20중량% 이상 및 에틸렌계 불포화산 5중량% 이상을 함유하는 에틸렌 중합체(A), 및 자유 라디칼 중합된 중합체(B)로 이루어진 수성 분산액으로 기재를 코딩시키는 단계, 및 코팅된 기재를 승온에서 제2의 기재와 함께 압착시키는 단계로 이루어지는 기재의 열 밀봉 방법.

Claims (11)

  1. 에틸렌 20중량% 이상 및 에틸렌계 불포화산 5중량% 이상을 함유하는 에틸렌 중합체(A), 및 자유 라디칼 중합된 중합체(B)로 이루어진 수성 분산액으로 기재를 코팅시키는 단계, 코팅된 기재를 승온에서 제2의 기재와 함께 압착시키는 단계로 이루어지는, 기재의 열 밀봉 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 온도가 80 내지 300℃이고, 압착을 0.1 내지 10바아에서 수행하는 것인 방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 에틸렌 중합체가 20내지 95중량% 에틸렌, 5 내지 80중량% 에틸렌계 불포화산 및 0 내지 60중량% 추가의 단량체로 구성된 것인 방법.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 중합체(B)가 주요 단량체로서 C1-C20알킬(메트)아크릴레이트, C8-C12비닐 방향족 화합물, 탄소 원자수 1 내지 20의 카르복실산 비닐 에스테르, 및 에틸렌계 불포화니트릴로부터 선택된 단량체 30 내지 100중량%, 에틸렌계 불포화산 또는 무수물 0 내지 30중량%, 가교결합 작용을 갖는 에틸렌계 불포화 화합물 0 내지 2중량% 및 추가의 단량체 0 내지 70중량%로 구성된 것인 방법.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 중합체(B)가 에틸렌 중합체(A)의 존재하에 유화 중합에 의해 제조된 것인 방법.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 플라스틱 또는 금속의 기재를 수성 분산액으로 코팅시키는 단계, 및 코팅된 기재를 승온에서 제2의 기재와 함께 합착시키는 단계로 이루어지는 방법.
  7. 에틸렌 중합체(A), 및 에틸렌 중합체(A)의 존재하에 유화 중합에 의하여 제조된 자유 라디칼 중합된 중합체(B)로 이루어진 수성 분산액.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 에틸렌 공중합체가 에틸렌 20 내지 95중량%, 에틸린계 불포화산 5 내지 80중량%, 및 추가의 단량체 0 내지 60중량%로 구성된 것인 수성 분산액.
  9. 제7항에 있어서, 중합체(B)가 주요 단량체로서 C1-C20알킬(메트)아크릴레이트, C8-C12비닐 방향족 화합물, 탄소 원자수 1 내지 20의 카르복실산 비닐 에스테르, 및 에틸렌계 불포화니트릴로부터 선택된 단량체 30 내지 100중량%, 에틸렌계 불포화산 또는 무수물 0 내지 30중량%, 가교결합 작용을 갖는 에틸렌계 불포화 화합물 0 내지 20중량% 및 추가의 단량체 0 내지 70중량%로 구성된 것인 수성 분산액.
  10. 에틸렌 20중량% 이상 및 에틸렌계 불포화산 5중량% 이상을 함유하는 에틸렌 중합체(A) 및 자유 라디칼성 중합된 중합체(B)로 이루어진 수성 분산액의 열 밀봉 래커로서의 용도.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 수성 분산액이 제7항에 정의된 것인 용도.
