Abstract

종래 자동차의 프레임 구조는 자동차의 정면충돌에 대한 동하중이 범퍼(B)에 의해 감쇄되고, 여분의 동하중은 프레임(20)에 그대로 전달되는 구조이므로, 상기 프레임에 접합된 언더 바디 및 자동차에 전달되는 충격력이 심하여 손실이 크다는 문제점이 있었으므로, 본 발명은 상기와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 안출된 것으로서 본 발명은 자동차의 언더 바디에 접합된 프레임에 있어서, 상기 프레임(20)의 일측에는 범퍼(B)가 취부되고, 상기 프레임(20)의 타측에는 보강프레임(30)이 외접된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 프레임 구조를 제공한다.
또한, 본 발명은 상기 보강프레임(30)의 내측에는 충격흡수봉(33)이 내재되고, 상기 충격흡수봉(33)은 테이퍼 형상의 내경을 갖는 가이드부재(35)에 삽입되도록 고정수단(31)에 의해 고정된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 프레임 구조를 제공한다.

Claims (2)

  1. 자동차의 언더 바디에 접합된 프레임에 있어서, 상기 프레임(20)의 일측에는 범퍼(B)가 취부되고, 상기 프레임(20)의 타측에는 보강프레임(30)이 외접된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 프레임 구조.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 보강프레임(30)의 내측에는 충격흡수봉(33)이 내재되고, 상기 충격흡수봉(33)은 테이퍼 형상의 내경을 갖는 가이드부재(35)에 삽입되도록 고정수단(31)에 의해 고정된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 프레임 구조.
