Abstract
본 발명은 버섯류의 포장시, 스티로폼(styrofoam) 용기 또는 PVC용기의 내측면에 적당한 간격으로 골 또는 요철을 만들어, 버섯의 보관시 발생하는 수분과 버섯이 직접 닿지 않도록 하여, 버섯의 신선도를 유지하면서 장기간 보관할 수 있도록 하는 버섯의 포장보존방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에서는 내측 전면(全面)에 적당한 간격으로 골 또는 요철이 형성된 스티로폼 용기나 PVC용기, 기타 식품류의 판매에 통상적으로 사용되는 용기에 버섯을 넣고, 통상적인 랩이나 PVC필름소재의 봉지로 만든 덮개를 씌우는데, 본 발명의 포장보존방법을 이용하면, 보관기간 중에 증산되어 버섯의 갓, 용기의 면, 랩 등에 맺힌 수분과 버섯이 직접 닿지 않게 되어, 종래의 방법에 의해 포장하는 것에 비해 3배 이상의 기간동안 버섯의 신선도를 유지하면서 보존할 수 있다.In the present invention, when the mushrooms are packaged, the styrofoam container or the inner surface of the PVC container is made of bone or irregularities at appropriate intervals, so that the moisture and mushrooms generated during the storage of the mushrooms are not directly in contact with each other, while maintaining the freshness of the mushrooms.
