Abstract
본 발명은 기계적 강도와 신도가 우수하고 생분해성이 우수한 지방족 폴리에스테르 플랫얀을 얻음을 목적으로 하며, 그 기술구성은 산성분으로서 97~99.9몰%인 숙신산 또는 그 에스테르 화합물, 0.1~3목%인 말단카르복시기를 3개 이상 갖는 저분자량의 유기화합물 또는 그 부수물, 디올성분으로서 1,4-부탄디올 또는 에틸렌글리콜 중에서 선정된 1성분이 70~97몰%, 네오펜틸글리콜이 3~30몰%로 이루어진 혼합물을 에스테르화 또는 에스테르 교환 반응 및 축중합 반응시킴으로써 합성된 지방족 공중합 폴리에스테르를 원료로 하여 T다이를 갖는 성형기 내에서 용융, 압출시킨 후 연신하는 것을 특징으로 하는 생분해성이 우수한 플랫얀의 제조방법으로 이 제조방법은 융점이 낮은 대신에 결정화도가 낮아져 성형가공 특성이 크게 개선되어 플랫얀으로서의 제조공정성 및 기계적 물성 개선의 효과를 기할 수 있는 잇점이 있다.An object of the present invention is to provide an aliphatic polyester flat yarn excellent in mechanical strength and elongation and excellent in biodegradability.
