Abstract

본 발명은 엘리베이터의 통신제어장치에서 통신의 신뢰성을 확보하기 위하여 통신제어장치가 두개의 논리제어부(MPU)를 공유하여 일측의 논리제어부에 문제가 발생될때 타측의 논리제어부가 운전권을 이양받아 지속적으로 운전을 제어하는 이중화 기술에 관한 것으로, 배전계통의 선로개폐기를 원방 감지 및 제어하고 수용가에 대해서 전력사용량을 자동으로 검침하고 부하의 제어기능을 수행하는 배전 자동화 검침 시스템에 있어서, 중앙제어장치와 배전 제어단말장치간의 전송 회선을 접속하는 기기의 감시 제어 및 회선상의 에러 검정을 수행하며 명령의 전달기능에 의해 각 배전 제어 단말장치의 수집데이타를 일시적으로 보관하고 전송하는 기능을 담당하는 변전소 통신 제어장치가 중앙제어장치와 신뢰성이 높은 통신을 수행하기 위해 중앙제어장치로부터 절체명령을 수신할때 두개의 논리제어부가 각각 다른쪽 논리제어부의 어떠한 문제로 인하여 절체되는데 있어서의 영향을 최소화하도록 한 것이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 배전계통의 선로개폐기를 원방 감시 및 제어하고, 수용가에 대해서 전력사용량을 자동으로 검침하며 부하제어기능 등을 총괄 제어하는 중앙제어장치(10)의 제어하에 각 배전제어 단말장치(30A~30N)간의 전송회선을 접속기능, 회선상의 에러검정, 수집된 데이타를 일시 보관 및 전송기능을 수행하는 변전소 통신제어장치에 있어서, 논리제어부1(31)의 제어출력신호(CO11)와 논리제어부2(32)의 제어출력신호(CO22)를 각각 반전출력하는 제어출력반전부1(31A)와; 상기 제어출력반전부1(31A)의 출력신호를 배타적오아연산하는 익스클루시브오아게이트(31B)와; 상기 익스클루시브오아게이트(31B)에서 하강에지신호가 출력될때 릴레이구동부(31D)를 구동시켜 논리제어부1(31)의 데이타라인(DL1)과 통신라인(CL)이 연결되게하는 펄스발생부1(31C)와; 논리제어부2(32)의 제어출력신호(CO21)와 논리제어부와 논리제어부1(31)의 제어출력신호(CO12)를 각각 반전출력하는 제어출력반전부2(32A)와; 상기 제어출력반전부2(32A)의 출력신호를 배타적오아연산하는 익스클루시브오아게이트(32B)와; 상기 익스클루시브오아게이트(32B)에서 하강에지신호가 출력될 때 릴레이구동부(32D)를 구동시켜 논리제어부2(32)의 데이타라인(DL2)과 통신라인(CL)이 연결되게 하는 펄스발생부2(32C)를 포함하여 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 변전소 통신제어기의 이중화 절환장치.
