Abstract
본 발명은 자동차의 에어콘에 사용되는 콤퓨레샤용 클러치와 같이 복합 이중원통형상을 갖는 제품의 제조방법 및 장치에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 다이내부에 공급된 피가공물인 냉간단조물을 펀치(Punch)로 가압하여 소성변형시키므로 펀치하부에 형성되는 내측링(Ring)과 외측링 부위의 경도가 균일하게 형성됨과 동시이들 내, 외측링의 길이가 동일하게 형성되고, 펀치상부에 형성되는 외측링도 상기 내, 외측링과 같이 균일한 경도와 일정한 길이로 성형될 수 있도록 한 냉간단조를 이용한 복합 이중원통형상 풀리의 제조방법 및 장치에 관한 것이다. 이를 위한 본 발명의 제조방법은 프레스금형의 다이내에 설치된 카운터펀치위에 원소재를 올려놓고 펀치를 하강시키면 원소재가 소성 변형을 일으키면서 소재의 유동특성상 상부펀치부로 먼저 유동된다는 점을 이용하여 상기와 같은 방법으로 상부외측링부위를 먼저 성형하고 난후, 카운터펀치와 멘드렐사이의 공간으로 소재가 유동되어 하부 내,외측링부를 형성시키게 되며, 상기 다이 및 펀치에 형성된 단턱부에 의해 하부외측링부로 흐르는 금속의 유동이 제어되어 하부내 외측링부가 동일한 길이로 성형됨과 동시에 상부외측링과 하부내,외측링이 균일한 경도를 갖으면서 동시에 성형되도록 한 것이다. 또한, 본 발명의 제조장치는 원소재가 올려지는 다이와, 상기 다이내에 설치되어 폴리의 내, 외측링부를 성형하는 공간이 되는 내측공간 및 외측공간을 구비하는 카운터펀치와, 원소재를 가압하여 소성변형을 일으키며 상부외측링부의 길이를 일정하게 유지해주는 역할을 하는 상부펀치 및, 상기 다이에 형성되어 원소재의 성형시 외측으로 흐르는 금속의 유동속도를 감소시켜 주는 단턱이 구비된 것이다.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1.
