Abstract
본 발명은 데이터 기억매체로부터 정보를 판독하는 광픽업헤드패키지에 관한 것이다. 픽업헤드패키지는 데이터기억매체에 광빔을 향하게 하는 홀로그램광학소를 통해 광빔을 방출시키는 VCSEL 어레이와, 데이터기억매제로부터 방사된 광을 수광하는 복수의 광검출기와 빔을 위치결정시키는 트래킹 기구를 구비한다.

Claims (3)
- 데이터 기억매체로부터 정보를 판독하기 위한 광픽업헤드 조립체에 있어서,픽업헤드조립체는:복수의 경로를 따라 광빔을 방출하는 복수의 브이시에스이엘(VCSEL)과, 복수의 광빔을 데이터 기억매체로 향하게 하는 집속수단과, 데이터 기억매체로부터 반사된 복수의 광빔을 수광하는 수광수단과, 복수의 광빔을 위치결정 시키는 트래킹수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광픽업헤드 조립체.
- 데이터 기억매체로부터 정보를 판독하기 위한 광픽업헤드 패키지에 있어서, 픽업헤드 패키지는 : 성형 패키지와, 성형 패키지에 의해 유지된 광픽업헤드 조립체를 포함하고, 광픽업 조립체는: 반도체기판과, 복수의경로에 따라 광빔을 방출하기 위해 기판에 의해 유지된 복수의 VCSEL과, 복수의 광빔을 데이터 기억매체로 향하게 하는 집속수단과, 기판에 의해 유지된 복수의 광검출기와, 복수의 광빔을 위치결정시키기 위해 광검출기와 결합된 트래킹수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광픽업헤드 패키지.
- 데이터 기억매체로부터 정보를 판독하기 위한 광픽업헤드 조립체에 있어서, 픽업헤드 조립체는 : 반도체기판과, 복수의 경로를 따라 광빔을 방출하기 위해 기판에 의해 유지된 VCSEL 어레이와, 복수의 광빔을 데이터 기억매체에 향하게 하기 위해 복수의 경로에 위치된 복수의 홀로그래픽 광학소자와, 기판에 형성된 복수의광검출기와, 복수의 광빔을 위치결정시키기 위해 광검출기로부터의 신호를 수신할수 있도록 접속된 트래킹수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광픽업헤드 조립체.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
