Abstract

본 발명은 (1) 각각 에틸렌과 탄소원자수 3∼20의 α-올레핀으로 된 특정의 에틸렌/α-올레핀 공중합체 수지 또는 엘라스토머를 불포화 카르복실산 또는 그 유도체로 변성하여 얻어지는 변성 에틸렌/α-올레핀 공중합체수지 또는 엘라스토머와, (2) 미변성 에틸렌/α-올레핀 공중합체 수지 및/ 또는 미변성 에틸렌/α-올레핀 공중합체 엘라스토머와, (3) 점착부여제로 구성되는 특정의 접착성 폴리에틸렌 조성물에 관한 것이다. 또한 상기 조성물의 층이 에틸렌 중합체층과 폴리아미드 수지층, 에틸렌/비닐 알콜 공중합체층 또는 폴리아미드 수지와 에티렌/비닐 알콜 공중합체의 혼합물층중의 어느 하나와의 사이에 개재한 3층 이상의 다춤 적층필름에 관한 것이다.
본 발명의 점착성 폴리에틸렌 조성물은 에티렌 중합체, 폴리아미드 수지, 에틸렌/비닐 알콜 공중합체에 대한 접착력이 우수하고, 가열밀봉강도, 내열성이 높다. 다층 적층필름은 강도, 내열성, 가스차단성이 우수할 뿐 아니라, 열수축성이 있기 때문에 이 필름을 수축필름용으로 적절하게 사용할 수가 있다.

Claims (10)

  1. (Ⅰ)에틸렌과 탄소원자수 3∼20의 α-올레핀의 공중합체이며, (i) 밀도가 0.860∼0.930g/㎤의 범위이고; (ⅱ) X선의 회절법으로 측정한 결정화도가 60% 이하인 물성을 갖는 미변성 에틸렌/α-올레핀 공중합체 수지 (A1) 또는 비번성 에틸렌/α-올레핀 공중합체 에라스토머(B1)를 각각 그래프트량이 0.01∼5%인 불포화 카르 복실산 또는 그 유도체로 변성하여 얻어지는 변성 에틸렌/α-올레핀 공중합체 수지(A2) 또는 미변성 에틸렌/α-올레핀 공중합체 엘라스토머(B2)와; (Ⅱ) 미변성 에틸렌/α-올레핀 공중합체 수지(C1) 및/또는 미변성 에틸렌/α-올레핀 공중합체 엘라스토머(C2)와; (Ⅲ) 점착부여제(D)로 구성되며, 상기 조성물은 (a) 첨착부여제의 함량이 조성물의 합계량 100중량%에 대해 0.1∼20%의 범위이고; (b) 불포화 카르복실산 또는 그 유도체의 그래프트량이 조성물의 합계량 100중량%에 대해 0.01∼1.0%의 범위이고; (c) 밀도가 0.880∼0.920g/㎤의 범위이고; (d) X선 회절법으로 측정한 결정화도가 15∼50%이고; (e) 용융유속(ASTM D 1238, 190℃, 하중 1.16㎏)이 0.1∼50/10분인 물성을 갖는 접착성 폴리에틸렌 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 성분(Ⅰ)은 미변성 에틸렌/α-올레핀 공중합체 엘라스토머(B1)를 불포화 카르복실산 또는 그 유도체로 변성하여 얻어지는 그래프트량이 0.01∼5중량%인 변성 에틸렌/α-올레핀 공중합체 엘라스토머(B2)이며, 상기 에틸렌/α-올레핀 공중합체 엘라스토머(B1)는 에틸렌과 타소원자수 3∼20의 α-올레핀의 공중합체이며, 하기물성 : (i) 밀도는 0.860∼0.900g/㎤이고, (ⅱ) 결정화도는 X선 회절법으로 측정하여 30% 이하임을 갖는 것인 접착성 폴리에틸렌 조성물.
  3. 청구항 1 또는 2항에 있어서, 상기 성분(Ⅱ)은 에틸렌과 탄소원자수 3∼20의 α-올레핀의 공중합체인 미변성 에틸렌/α-올레핀 공중합체 수지(C1)로서, 하기 물성 : (i) 밀도는 0.900∼0.930g/㎤이고, (ⅱ) 상기 공중합체 수지의 흡열곡선의 최대피크를 주는 온도(융점 Tm)는 시자주사열량계(DSC)로 측정하여 100∼125℃이고, (ⅲ) 결정화도는 X선 회절법으로 측정하여 60% 이하임을 갖는 것인 접착성 폴리에틸렌 조성물.
  4. 에틸렌 함량이 70몰% 이상인 에틸렌 중합체로 된 에틸렌 중합체층(Ⅰ)과, 제 1항∼제3항중의 어느 한 항의 접착성 폴리에틸렌 조성물로 된 접착층(Ⅱ)과, 폴리아미드 수지층(Ⅲ), 에틸렌/비닐 알콜 공중합체층(Ⅳ), 또는 폴리아미드와 에틸렌/비닐 알콜 중합체의 혼합물층(V)중의 어느 하나를 상기 순서대로 중첩한 것으로 구성된 3층 이상의 적충제인 다층 적층필름.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 에틸렌 중합체는 저밀도 폴리에틸렌 또는 에틸렌/비닐 아세테이트 공중합체인 다층 적층필름.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 필름은 적어도 단축연신된 것인 다층 적층필름.
  7. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 필름은 연신비 1.5∼6배로 적어도 단축된 것인 다층 적층필름.
  8. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 필름은 2축 연신된 것인 다층 적층필름.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 필름은 각 축방향으로 연신비 1.5∼6배로 2축 연신된 것인 다층 적층필름.
  10. 제4항∼제9항중의 어느 1항에 있어서, 상기 필름은 수축필름을 형성하는 것인 다층 적층필름.
