Abstract

에어탱크(2)와, 에어탱크(2)에 연결된 에어파이프(3)와, 에어파이프(3) 중간에 설치되는 밸브(4)와, 가스누설을 감지하기 위한 팽창밸브(10)가 고정되는 팽창밸브고정부(7)와, 팽창밸브(10)의 가스봉입실(22)부분이 잠기는 수조(24)와, 팽창밸브고정부(7)의 양쪽에 설치되는 압력계(6),(8)를 포함하는 팽창밸브의 가스누설감지장치를 제공한다.
팽 창밸브고정부(7)에 팽창밸브(10)의 입구(12)와 출구(14)가 에어파이프(3)와 연결되도록 고정하고, 에어파이프(3)에 설치된 밸브(4)를 열면, 에어탱크(2)로부터 압축공기가 유입되어 팽창밸브(10) 안에 압력이 발생하고 다이아프램(19)이 연결된 막대(17)가 상승하여 다이아프램(19)에 압력이 가해지고, 가스봉입실(22)의 압력도 상승하게 된다. 이 때, 가스봉입실(22)의 접합부(20)에서 누설이 발생하면, 물(26)에서 기포가 발생하므로 쉽게 발견할 수 있다.

  1. 에어탱크(2)와, 상기한 에어탱크(2)에 연결된 에어파이프(3)와, 상기한 에어파이프(3) 중간에 설치되는 밸브(4)와, 가스누설을 감지하기 위한 팽창밸브(10)가 고정되는 팽창밸브고정부(7)와, 상기한 팽창밸브(10)의 가스봉입실(22)부분이 잠기는 수조(24)와, 상기한 팽창밸브고정부(7)의 양쪽에 설치되는 압력계(6), (8)를 포함하는 팽창밸브의 가스누설 감지 장치 .
