본 발명은 자동차 수동 변속기용 쉬프트 인터록 장치에 관한 것으로서, 운전석의 변속 손잡이(2)와 링크 레버(3)를 매개로 연결되면서 변속 조작 기구를 동작시켜 변속시켜 주는 체인지 로드(4)의 소정 부위에 서로 일정한 간격이 유지되는 3개의 환상홈(14)이 형성되고, 이 체인지 로드(4)의 한쪽 클러치 하우징(1)에 고정된 쉬프트 걸림부재(15)에는 상기 환상홈(14)중 1개에 선택적으로 끼워지도록 볼(17)이 스프링(16)을 매개로 탄력 설치된 구조로 되어, 운전자가 변속 손잡이(2)를 1, 2단, 3, 4단, 또는 5단, 후진으로 셀렉트해 준 다음 각 변속단으로 쉬프트해 주게 될때, 상기 체인지 로드(4)에 형성된 3개의 환상홈(14)중 1개에 보올(17)이 스프링(17)의 탄력을 받으면서 끼워져 들어가게 되어 쉬프트 변속이 체인지 로드(4)에서 직접 이루어지게 함으로써 각 포오크 엔드(12b)에 보올과 스프링을 개별적으로 설치해 줄 필요가 없을 뿐 아니라 각 포오크 샤프트(11b)에도 상기 보올이 걸리는 홈을 형성시켜 줄 필요가 없게 된다.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1.
