Abstract
본 발명은 배기량의 크기를 감소시키지 않으면서, 피스톤의 압축 높이(행정)를 줄이기 위하여 피스톤과 크랭크 축을 연결하는 커넥팅 로드가 피스톤에 일체로 형성되는 커넥팅 로드 일체형 피스톤이며, 피스톤의 내부 중앙에는 일체로 형성되는 연결체가 형성되며, 커넥팅 로드는 피스톤 핀을 통하여 연결체에 연결되며, 연결체는 피스톤의 상부면에 일체로 형성되며, 연결체의 두께는 피스톤의 외경에 1/5 배이며, 연결 부분의 살의 두께는 피스톤 전체 높이의 1/4배이다.

Claims (1)
- 자동차의 엔진에 설치된 실린더 내에서 실린더 내로 흡기된 혼합기를 압축 작용하도록 왕복 운동하여, 크랭크 축을 회전시키는 피스톤에 있어서, 상기 피스톤의 내부 중앙에는 일체로 형성되는 연결체가 형성되며, 커넥팅 로드는 피스톤 핀을 통하여 상기 연결체에 연결되며, 상기 연결체는 상기 피스톤의 상부면에 일체로 형성되며, 상기 연결체의 두께는 상기 피스톤의 외경에 1/5 배이며, 연결 부분의 살의 두께는 피스톤 전체 높이의 1/4배인 것을 특징으로 하는 커넥팅 로드 일체형 피스톤
