Abstract
이 발명은 스로틀 포지션 센서(TPS, Throttle Position Sensor)고장 진단 방법에 관한 것이다. 동작에 필요한 전원이 공급되면, 전자 제어 장치(ECU, Electronic Control Unit)는 저속, 중속, 고속 영역의 3가지 포인트에서 스로틀 포지션 센서의 출력 전압을 감지하여 스로틀 밸브 개도(1TPS)를 계산하여 검출한 다음, 스로플 밸브 개도를 계산하여 일정 출력 범위를 모두 초과하는지를 판단하여 스로틀 포지션 센서가 고장인지를 판단한다.The present invention relates to a throttle position sensor (TPS) failure diagnosis method. When the power required for operation is supplied, the electronic control unit (ECU) detects the output voltage of the throttle position sensor at three points of low speed, medium speed, and high speed, and calculates and detects the throttle valve opening (1TPS). Next, it is determined whether the throttle position sensor has failed by calculating whether the throttle valve opening degree exceeds a predetermined output range.
