Abstract
본 발명은 중장비의 작동상태에 따라 펌프에서 토출되는 압유가 가변되어지도록 한 가변용량형펌프의 유량제어장치에 관한 것으로, 가변용량형펌프에서 토출되는 압유가 각각의 조작레버(13)에 의해 작동되는 다수개의 스푸울(3,-7)을 갖춘 메인콘트롤밸브(2)에 의해 각각의 액튜에이터(8,-12)로 공급되어지고, 이들 액튜에이터의 작동상태에 따라 펌프유량조절기구(17)에 의해 펌프(1)에서 토출되는 압유의 량이 제어되어지도록 이루어지며, 상기 펌프유량조절기구(17)가 펌프(1)의 경사판(20)과 기계적으로 연결된 서어보피스톤(21)과 서어보피스톤(21)의 수압실에 공급되는 압유의 흐름을 제어하는 제어밸브(22) 및, 상기 메인콘트롤밸브(2)의 센터바이패스라인(15)과 연결된 네가콘라인(24)의 압력에 의해 작동하는 네가콘피스톤(26)으로 구성된 중장비의 가변용량형펌프의 유량제어장치에서, 상기 네가콘라인(24)에 압력스위치(23)가 설치되고, 상기 서어보피스톤(21)과 제어밸브(22)의 연결을 연결시키는 라인(29a)에 압유의 흐름을 제어하는 솔레노이드밸브(31)가 설치되며, 상기 압력스위치(30)와 솔레노이드밸브(31)가 제어반(32)에 전기적으로 연결된 구성으로 이루어져, 조작레버(13)를 급격하게 작동시켜도 펌프(1)의 토출유량이 급변하지 않고 부드럽게 가변되어지도록 하므로써 중장비의 제어성이 향상되도록 한 것이다.The present invention relates to a flow rate control device for a variable displacement pump in which the pressure oil discharged from the pump is varied according to the operating state of the heavy equipment, and the pressure oil discharged from the variable displacement pump is operated by the respective operation levers 13.
