Abstract
본 발명은 자동차의 엔진 냉각장치에 사용되는 부동액 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 벤조산나트륨 2∼5%, 석신산 나트륨 0.5∼1.5%, 인산칼륨 0.3∼0.7%, 트리아졸계 첨가제 0.3∼0.9%, 질산 나트륨 0.3∼0.60%, 및 몰리브덴산 나트륨 0.20∼0.50%을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하며, 이러한 본 발명에 의하면 장기간 교환하지 않아도 동결방지 및 냉각방지를 구성하는 각종 금속의 부식을 막아 줄 수 있으며, 종래 부동액의 잦은 교환으로 발생하는 폐부동액으로 인한 환경오염을 줄이고, 차량관리의 번거로움을 해소하며 차량유지비를 줄일 수 있는 수명이 긴 부동액을 제공할 수 있게 된다.

Claims (2)
- 에틸렌글리콜을 함유하는 내연기관용 부동액 조성물에 있어서, 총조성물 기준으로 벤조산나트륨 2∼5%, 석신산 나트륨 0.5∼1.5%, 인산칼륨 0.3∼0.7%, 트리아졸계 첨가제 0.3∼0.9%, 질산 나트륨 0.3∼0.60%, 및 몰리브덴산 나트륨 0.20∼0.50%을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 부동액 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 트리아졸계 첨가제가 벤조트리아졸 0.15∼0.5%와 톨릴트리아졸 0.15∼0.4%로 배합된 것을 특징으로 하는 부동액 조성물.
