Abstract

본 발명은 아크릴산 알킬에스테르를 3급 아미노 알코올과 반응시켜 교환에스테르(Transesterification) 아크릴산 아미노알킬에스테르 화합물로 제조하는데 있어서, 새로운 반응용매를 사용하여 출발물질인 아크릴산 알킬에스테르의 사용량을 최소한으로 줄이고, 중합 부반응을 억제시킨 아크릴산 아미노알킬에스테르의 새로운 제조방법에 관한 것이다.

Claims (5)

  1. 하기 일반식(Ⅱ)의 아크릴산 알킬에스테르를 하기 일반식(Ⅲ)의 3급 아미노 알코올과 반응시켜 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 아크릴산 아미노알킬에스테르를 제조하는데 있어서, 시클로핵산, 헵탄, 헥산, 펩탄 등의 반응용매를 사용하여 출발물질인 아크릴산 알킬에스테르의 사용량을 최소한으로 줄이고, 중합 부반응을 억제시킴을 특징으로 하는 일반식(Ⅰ)의 아크릴산 아미노알킬에스테르의 새로운 제조방법

    상기식에서, R1은 수소 또는 메틸이고, R2는 탄소수 1~4의 저급알킬기이고, R3와 R4는 각각 탄소수 1~3의 저급알킬기이고, n은 2내지 4의 정수이다.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서, 일반식(Ⅱ)의 아크릴산 알킬에스테르 1~2몰에 대해 일반식(Ⅲ)의 3급 아미노알코올 1몰의 비로 반응기에 첨가하여 반응시킴을 특징으로 하는 일반식(Ⅰ)의 아크릴산 아미노알킬에스테르의 제조방법
  3. 제 2항에 있어서, 반응용매는 0.5~5.0몰의 비율로 첨가시킴을 특징으로 하는 일반식(Ⅰ)의 아크릴산 아미노알킬에스테르의 제조방법
  4. 제 3항에 있어서, 반응용매로는 시클로헥산을 사용함을 특징으로 하는 일반식(Ⅰ)의 아크릴산 아미노알킬에스테르의 제조방법
  5. 제 1항 내지 제 4항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 촉매로는 소디움 메톡사이드, 소디움 에톡사이드, 칼슘 카보네이트, 티타늄 옥사이드 또는 틴옥사이드를 사용함을 특징으로 하는 일반식(Ⅰ)의 아크릴산 아미노알킬에스테르의 제조방법
