Abstract

연속 구동식 컨베이어의 용기 이송 경로의 밀봉 구간의 상측에, 밀봉 헤드전후 운동용 운동체를 전후 왕복 운동 가능하게 배치한다. 밀봉 헤드 전후 운동용 운동체에는, 밀봉 헤드 보수용 운동체를 밀봉 구간의 상측에 대하여 전진 및 후퇴 가능하게 설치한다. 밀봉 헤드 보수용 운동체에는, 밀봉 구간을 이동하는 동안에 용기 이송 속도와 동일한 속도로 하한 전진 운동하고, 덮개재의 개재하에 용기의 입구 가장자리에 압착되는 밀봉 헤드를, 수직으로 하향된 밀봉 헤드 승강용 유체압 실린더를 개재하여 부착한다.

Claims (2)

  1. 소정의 밀봉 구간을 경유하여 전방쪽으로 연장된 용기 이송 경로를 가진 연속 구동식 컨베이어(11)와, 하강, 하한전진, 상승 및 상한 후퇴를 포함하는 박스형 운동을 하고, 밀봉 구간을 이동하는 동안에 용기 이송 속도와 동일한 속도로 하한 전진 운동하고, 덮개재(F)를 개재하여 용기(C)의 입구 가장자리에 압착되는 밀봉 헤드(76)를 구비하는 용기의 밀봉 장치에 있어서, 밀봉 구간의 상측에 밀봉 헤드 전후 운동용 운동체(14)가 전후 왕복 운동 가능하게 배치되며, 밀봉 헤드 전후 운동용 운동체(14)는 수직으로 하향된 밀봉 헤드 승강용 유체압 실린더(74)를 개재하여 밀봉 헤드(76)를 부착하고 있는 밀봉 헤드 보수용 운동체(16)가 밀봉 구간의 상측에 대하여 전진 및 후퇴 가능하게 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 용기의 밀봉 장치.
  2. 밀봉 헤드 전후 운동용 운동체(14)에 좌우 방향으로 연장된 가이드 레일(44) 또는 가이드 홈이 설치되며, 밀봉 헤드 보수용 운동체(16)는, 가이드 레일(44) 또는 가이드 홈에 활주 자유롭게 끼워 맞춰진 가이드 홈 또는 가이드 레일(61)을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 용기의 밀봉 장치.
