Abstract

본 발명은 구성부품의 감소에 따라 조립 및 제작공정을 대폭 단축함과 동시에 원가를 절감할 수 있도록 된, 차량의 센터 플로어 보강구조에 관한 것으로, 센터플로어(10)의 중간부를 "ㄷ"자형으로 절곡하고, 센터 플로어(10)의 양단에 실 사이드 인너 패널(20)(30)을 접합하며, 또한 실 사이드 인너 패널(20)(30)에 실 사이드 아우터 패널(40)(50)을 접함,설치하되, 센터 플로어(10)의 상방에 일정 간격을 갖도록 크로스 멤버(60)를 이격,위치시켜 그 양단을 실 사이드 인너 패널(20),(30)에 접합하고, 센터 플로어(10)의 중간 절곡부 하방에 대응하여 터럴 보강부(71) 및 사이드 보강부(72)를 갖는 일체형의 보강패널(70)을 구비하며, 보강패널(70)의 양단을 실사이드 인너 패널(20)(30)의 하방에 접합,설치한 것이다.

  1. 중간부가 절곡된 센터 플로어; 센터 플로어의 상방에 이격, 위치된 크로스 멤버; 센터 플로어의 절곡부를 보강하는 터널 보강 멤버; 터널 보강 멤버의 양측에 접하는 사이드 멤버; 상기 크로스 멤버 및 센터 플로어의 양단이 접합된 실 사이드 인너패널을 포함하는 센터 플로어 보강구조에 있어서, 보강패널에 형성된 터널 보강부 및 사이드 보강부; 보강패널의 양단을 실 사이드 인너패널에 접함,설치하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 센터 플로어 보강구조
