Abstract

본 발명은 경사시 자동 주차브레이크 장치에 관한 것으로, 종래에는 경사진곳에 주차할 때 주차브레이크를 확실하게 걸어두지 않으면 레버를 치거나 충격에 의해 주차브레이크가 풀리는 사고의 위험이 있었다. 본 발명은, 경사 주차를 감지하여 주차브레이크를 작동시키는 제어수단과;경사 주차시 모터에 의해 작동으로 주차브레이크를 회전시켜 브레이크를 걸어주는 구동수단과;주차브레이크를 정지시켜 브레이크를 유지시키는 유지수단과;및 기어가 들어가고 차량이 주행중에는 상기한 구동수단 및 유지수단을 제어하여 자동 주차브레이크가 걸리지 않도록 해제시키는 해제수단;으로 구성된 경사시 자동 주차브레이크 장치를 제공함으로서, 경시 브레이크 스위치만 작동시키면 경사주차시 자동으로 주차브레이크가 걸려 제동되고, 경사스위치를 오프시키지 않고서는 레버를 내릴수 없기 때문에 안전한 경사주차를 할 수 있어서 사고의 위험을 방지할 수 있는 효과가 있다.

Claims (4)

  1. 주차브레이크 장치에 있어서, 경사주차 선택에 의해 자동으로 경사주차를 감지하여 주차브레이크를 작동시키는 제어수단과;그 제어수단의 제어에 의해 경사 주차시 모터작동으로 주차브레이크를 회전시켜 브레이크를 걸어주는 구동수단과;그 구동수단에 의해 회동된 위치에 주차브레이크를 정지시켜 브레이크를 유지시키는 유지수단과;및 기어가 들어가고 차량이 주행중에는 상기한 구동수단 및 유지수단을 제어하여 자동 주차브레이크가 걸리지않도록 해제시키는 해제수단;으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 경사시 자동 주차브레이크 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제어수단은, 경사 주차시 자동 주차브레이크를 작동 및 해제시키는 위한 경사브레이크 스위치(41)와, 차량의 경사도를 감지하는 경사감지센서(42)와, 차량의 속도가 제로인지를 감지하는 속도센서(43)와, 그 경사브레이크 스위치(41)가 온되고 차량이 경사지고 차량의 속도가 제로인 경우 자동 주차브레이크 작동신호를 발생한느 제어부(44)로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 경사시 자동 주차브레이크 장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 구동수단은, 주차브레이크 레버(11)의 하단부 회동축 둘레에 원호형으로 형성한 회동기어(23)와, 그 회동기어부(23)에 맞물려 레버(11)를 회동시킬수 있는 모터기어(22) 및 그 모터기어(22)를 상기한 제어수단의 제어부(44)의 제어에 의해 회전시키는 모터(21)로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 경사시 자동 주차브레이크 장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유지수단은, 상기 주차브레이크 레버(11)의 중간하단을 원호형으로 가공하여 형성한 소정길이의 원호형 걸림기어부(33)와, 그 일측에서 진/퇴되어 상기 걸림기어부(33)와 맞물려 주차 브레이크 레버(11)가 회동된 위치에 고정되게 하는 제동기어(32) 및 그 제동기어(32)를 상기 제어수단의 제어에 의해 전/퇴시키는 솔레노이드(31)로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 경사시 자동 주차브레이크 장치.
