Abstract

본 발명은 차량의 플로어매트 용착용 가이드 롤러에 관한 것으로, 용접바(1)가 삽입되는 결합공(2)이 관통형성된 돌부(3)와, 상기 돌부(3)에 일체로 형성되고 결합부(4)가 형성된 결합편(5)과, 상기 결합부(4)에 연결핀(6)으로 회전가능하게 결합되고 외경에 용접바(1)가 안착되는 안착홈(7)이 구비된 롤러(8)와, 상기 결합편(5)의 후방에 일체로 형성된 손잡이(9)로 구성되는 가이드롤러(11)를 제공하여 매트(10)(10A)에 손상을 입히지 않고서 신속 정확하게 작업을 진행되어 품질 및 생산성을 향상시키는 것이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 차량의 플로어매트 용착용 가이드롤러에 있어서, 용접바(1)가 삽입되는 결합공(2)이 관통형성된 돌부(3)와, 상기 돌부(3)에 일체로 형성되고 결합부(4)가 형성된 결합편(5)과, 상기 결합부(4)에 연결핀(6)으로 회전가능하게 결합되고 외경에 용접바(1)가 안착되는 안착홈(7)이 구비된 롤러(8)와, 상기 결합편(5)의 후방에 일체로 형성된 손잡이(9)로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 플로어매트 용착용 가이드롤러.
