Abstract
본 발명은 쌍롤식 박판 제조장치용 롤갭 측정장치 및 측정방법에 관한 것으로 비접촉식 센서를 이용하여 자동 롤갭제어 프로세서로서 롤갭을 자동으로 제어함은 물론, 롤척갭에 의한 간접적인 롤갭 측정보다 롤갭의 측정 정확도가 우수하게 되는 한편, 온도상승에 따른 롤 팽창 계수를 직접 자동롤갭장치에 포함시키게 되어 롤갭 측정장치의 정밀도를 극대화하는데 그 목적이 있다.The present invention relates to a roll gap measuring device and a measuring method for a double roll sheet metal manufacturing apparatus, which automatically controls the roll gap as an automatic roll gap control processor using a non-contact sensor, as well as measuring accuracy of the roll gap rather than indirect roll gap measurement by the roll chuck gap. 상기와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위하여 본 발명은, 비고정식 롤(2')의 수평 및 수직 움직임을 비접촉식 센서(12,12',15.15')로서 측정하여, 이 측정된 데이터는 자동롤 갭 제어프로세서(7)로서 실제 롤갭(9)으로 환산되고,비접촉식 센서(13,13')로서 롤의 부피변동에 따른 상기 롤갭(9)의 변화를 측정하는 구성으로 이루어지는 데에 그 요지가 있다.In order to achieve the above object, the present invention measures the horizontal and vertical movement of the non-fixed roll 2 'as the non-contact sensors 12, 12' and 15.15 'so that the measured data is automatically roll gap control processor.
