Abstract

끈(2)은 구멍(6)을 포함하고 있는 일반적으로 C 형의 금속 연결기(1)의 중공부(5)에 고정된다. 상기 연결기(1) 내에 삽입된 끈(2)을 포함하는 성형부(9)는 상기 연결기(1)를 도포하도록 사출 성형에 의해 합성수지로 성형된다. 이러한 성형 과정동안, 연결고리(8)는 상기 성형부(9)와 일체로 형성되며, 상기 중공부(5) 및 구멍(6)은 상기 끈(2)을 연결기(l)에 단단하게 고정하기 위하여 합성 수지로 충진된다. 따라서, 외관이 수려하고 대상이 되는 물건의 손잡이에 유용한 핸들 코드가 얻어질 수 있다.

Claims (6)

  1. 한쪽 측면에 중공부(5)를 포함하는 금속 연결기(1)와, 상기 중공부(5)에 삽입된 하나의 단부를 포함하는 끈(2)과, 상기 끈(2)의 상기 단부를 상기 중공부(5)내에 고정시키고 상기 연결기(1)를 도포하도록 상기 중공부(5)와 상기 연결기(1)의 표면위에 충진되는 합성수지로 사출 성형되는 성형부(9)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 핸들코드.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 금속 연결기(1)는 합성수지가 상기 중공부(5)에 충진되게 하는 적어도 하나의 구멍(6)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 핸들 코드.
  3. 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 끈(2)의 상기 단부는 상기 중공부(5) 내에 삽입되며 고리를 형성하도록 상기 성형부(9)에 의해 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 핸들 코드.
  4. 제 1 항, 제 2 항, 또는 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 금속 연결기(1)는 금속 연결기(1)와 일체이며 상기 중공부(5)의 대향측상에서 금속 연결기(1)로부터 돌출되는 연결 고리(8)를 포함하는 특징으로 하는 핸들 코드.
  5. 제 1 항, 제 2 항, 또는 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 성형부(9)는 성형부(9)와 일체로 형성되며 상기 중공부(5)의 대향측상에서 상기 성형부(9)로부터 돌출되는 연결 고리(8)를 포함하는 특징으로 하는 핸들 코드.
  6. 제 1 항, 제 2 항, 또는 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 금속 연결기(1)는 상기 끈(2)의 단부가 각각 삽입되어 상기 성형부(9)에 의해 고정되는 한쌍의 중공부(5)를 대향측상에 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 핸들 코드.
