Abstract

본 발명은 산업폐기물인 폐슬래그, 폐주사물, 석탄재를 재활용하여 모래의 대체재로 하는 시멘트 모르타르 조성물로서 환경오염방지, 자연훼손방지, 폐자재 재활용으로 인한 원가절감의 효과를 목적으로 한다.
본원 발명에 의하면 폐슬래그 30-80중량부, 폐주사물 10-40중량부, 석탄재 5-20중량부, 시멘트 15-20중량부, 물 20중량부를 혼합하여 벽돌, 보도블럭, 호환블럭, 경계석, 흄과 등의 건축자재를 제조하였을 때 모래를 사용한 콘크리트 보다 우수한 압축강도를 가지며 수분흡수율이 낮다.
본원 발명에 의한 시멘트 모르타르 조성물은 기존의 모래를 이용한 시멘트 모르타르의 대체물로서 널리 이용될 수 있다.

Claims (2)

  1. 모래를 대신하여 폐기물인 폐슬래그, 폐주사물, 석탄재 중 1종 또는 2종 이상의 혼합물을 시멘트, 물과 혼합한 시멘트 모르타르 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 혼합물이 폐슬래그 30-80중량부, 폐주사물 10-40중량부, 석탄재 5-20중량부의 혼합비로 됨을 특징으로 하는 시멘트 모르타르 조성물.
