Abstract

별도의 제어기를 사용하지 않고도 차속에 따라 보조 조향력을 적절히 조절할 수 있는 간단한 구조의 차속 감응식 동력 조향장치는, 하부에 차속을 측정하는 드리븐 기어가 부착되어 있는 원심 플레이트와, 핀에 의해 원심 플레이트 상에 회동 가능하게 장착되며, 내측에는 가압편이 고정된 원심추와, 원심추에 고정된 가압편에 의해 가압되는 푸시로드를 개재하여 상하로 이동하면서 오일 배출라인의 유로를 개폐하는 유량 제어 피스톤과, 유입포트와 배출포트를 구비하고, 유량 제어 피스톤이 상하로 미끄럼 이동하는 하우징으로 구성된다.

Claims (3)

  1. 스티어링 휠과 연동되는 조향밸브와, 조향밸브의 작동에 따라 오일펌프로부터 오일 공급라인을 따라 압송된 유량에 의해 좌, 우측 바퀴를 조향하는 동력 실린더와, 오일 배출라인을 따라 오일탱크로 배출되는 유량을 비례 제어하는 가변 오리피스 밸브로 이루어진 차량의 동력 조향장치에 있어서, 하부에는 차속을 측정하는 드리븐 기어가 부착되어 있는 원심 플레이트와, 핀에 의해 상기 원심 플레이트 상에 회동 가능하게 장착되며, 내측에는 가압편이 고정된 원심추와, 상기 원심추에 고정된 가압편에 의해 가압되는 푸시로드를 개재하여 상하로 이동하면서 상기 오일 배출라인으로의 유로를 개폐하는 유량 제어 피스톤과, 유입포트와 배출포트를 구비하고, 상기 유량 제어 피스톤이 상하로 미끄럼 이동하는 하우징을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차속 감응식 동력 조향장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 하우징 내에는 유량 제어 피스톤을 가압하는 가압 스프링이 추가로 설치되는 차속 감응식 동력 조향장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 하우징에 형성된 유입포트는 조향밸브와 연통된 제1오일 배출라인과 연결되고, 배출포트는 오일탱크와 연통된 제2오일 배출라인과 연결되는 차속 감응식 동력 조향장치.
