Abstract

본 발명은 폴리우레탄 타이어용 에이펙스 조성물 및 이를 이용하여 제조된 에이펙스부가 보강된 폴리우레탄 타이어에 관한 것이다.
본 발명의 에이펙스 조성물은 분자량이 650~2000인 폴리프로필렌 글리콜 또는 폴리테트라메틸렌 글리콜에테르와 디이소시아네이트를 1:2의 비율로 반응시켜 제조된 프리폴리머와 쇄연장제가 1 : 0.6~1의 비율로 혼합되어 이루어진다.

Claims (3)

  1. 분자량이 650~2000인 폴리프로필렌 글리콜 또는 폴리테트라메틸렌 글리콜에테르와 디이소시아네이트를 1:2의 비율로 반응시켜 제조된 프리폴리머와 쇄연장제가 1 : 0.6~1의 비율로 혼합되어 이루어진 폴리우레탄 타이어용 에어펙스 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 쇄연장제는 메틸렌오르소 클로로아닐린 또는 메틸렌디아민인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리우레탄 타이어용 에어펙스 조성물.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 에어펙스 조성물로 이루어진 에어펙스부를 포함하는 폴리우레탄 타이어.
