Abstract

본 발명은 별도의 적외선 차단 필터를 상용하지 않고 소정 렌즈면에 직접 적외선 차단 코팅을 하여 적외선에 의한 전하결합소자(CCD : CHARGE COUPLED DEVICE)의 손상을 방지해 줌은 물론 원가를 절감할 수 있도록 한 적외선 차단필터를 제거한 캠코더에 관한 것으로, 렌즈부의 맨 앞에 위치하여 광을 모으는 역할을 하는 프론트부(10)와, 상기 프론트부(10)를 통한 광의 줌비를 변화시키는 베리에이터부(20)와, 상기 베리에이터부(20)를 통한 수차를 보정하는 릴레이부(30)와, 상기 릴레이부(30)의 광의 초점을 맞추는 역할을 하는 마스터부(40)와, 상기 마스터부(40)를 통한 광을 필터링 하는 OLPF부(50)를 포함하는 렌즈부를 갖는 캠코더에 있어서, 상기 베리에이터부(20)의 렌즈면에 각각 다른 굴절율과 두께를 갖는 다수층의 적외선 차단막을 코팅하여서 이루어진다.

제5도는 본 발명에 따라 소정 렌즈에 적외선 차단 코팅을 한 경우의 투과율 곡선을 나타낸 그래프.

Claims (3)

  1. 렌즈부의 맨 앞에 위치하여 광을 모으는 역할을 하는 프론트부(1O)와, 상기 프론트부(1O)를 통한 광의 줌비를 변화시키는 베리에이터부(20)와, 상기 베리에이터부(2O)를 통한 수차를 보정하는 릴레이부(3O)와, 상기 릴레이부(3O)의 광의 촛점을 맞추는 역할을 하는 마스터부(4O)와, 상기 마스터부(40)를 통한 광을 필터링하는 OLPF부(5O)를 포함하는 렌즈부를 갖는 캠코더에 있어서, 상기 베리에이터부(20)의 선단렌즈(20a)면에 각각 다른 굴절율과 두께를 갖는 다수의 적외선 차단막을 코팅하여서 된 것을 특징으로 하는 적외선 차단필터를 제거한 캠코더.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 베리에이터부(20)의 렌즈(20a)가 TAF3-HOYA로 이루어지고, 굴절율이 1.808314인 것을 특징으로 하는 적외선 차단필터를 제거한 캠코더.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 적외선 차단막이. 중심파장 550nm에서 굴절율 1.600인 재질로 두께가 0.389λ인 첫 번째층, 굴절율 2.600인 재질로 두께가 0.381λ인 두 번째층, 굴절율 1.600인 재질로 두께가 0.359λ인 세 번째층, 굴절율 2.600인 재질로 두께가 O.335λ인 네 번째층, 굴절율 1.600인 재질로 두께가 0.346λ인 다섯 번째층, 굴절율 2.600인 재질로 두께가 0.337λ인 여섯 번째층, 굴절율 1.600인 재질로 두께가 0.347λ인 일곱 번째층, 굴절율 2.600인 재질로 두께가 0.366λ인 여덟 번째층, 굴절율 1.380인 재질로 두께가 0.172λ인 아홉번째층이 차례로 코팅되어 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 적외선 차단필터를 제거한 캠코더.
