Abstract

본 발명은 점착 라벨, 특히 세척된 피착체(被着體)에 부착되어 사용되는 점착 라벨에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 예컨대 세척과 같은 물과의 접촉에 의해 용이하게 박리할 수 있는 점착 라벨을 제공하는 것으로 이 점착 라벨(1)은 기재층(2)과 점착제층(3)으로 구성되어 있다. 상기 기재층(2)은 각종 제지류, 직포, 부직포, 다공질 수지 필름과 같은 투수성을 가지는 재료로 구성되어 있다. 점착제층(3)은 계면활성제를 2.0 내지 20중량% 정도 함유하는 에멀션계의 점착제로 구성되어 있으며, 물과의 접촉에 의해 점착력이 감소된다. 이 점착체층(3)은 70℃의 온수를 수압 5㎏/㎠에서 연속적으로 충돌시켰을 때, 180초 이내에 피착체(4)로부터 박리된다고 하는 특성을 가지고 있다.

Claims (10)

  1. 기재층과 점착제층을 가지는 점착 라벨로서, 상기 점착제층은 계면활성제를 함유하는 에멀션계의 점착제로 구성되어 있으며, 물과의 접촉에 의해 점착력이 감소되는 것을 특징으로 하는 점착 라벨.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 점착제층 중의 계면활성제의 함유량은 2.0 내지 20중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 점착 라벨.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 계면활성제는 비이온계 계면활성제를 주성분으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 점착 라벨.
  4. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 점착제층의 건조시 점착력이 300 내지 2000g/25㎜인 것을 특징으로 하는 점착 라벨.
  5. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 기재층은 투수성을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 점착 라벨.
  6. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 점착 라벨은 세척된 피착체에 부착하여 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 점착 라벨.
  7. 기재층과 점착제층을 가지는 점착 라벨로서, 상기 점착제층은 70℃의 온수를 수압 5㎏/㎠에서 연속적으로 충돌시켰을 때, 180초 이내에 피착체로부터 박리되는 특성을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 점착 라벨.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 점착제층의 건조시 점착력이 300 내지 2000g/25㎜인 것을 특징으로 하는 점착 라벨.
  9. 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 상기 기재층은 투수성을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 점착 라벨.
  10. 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 상기 점차 라벨은 세척된 피착체에 부착하여 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 점착 라벨.
