Abstract
본 발명은 밸브에 관한 것으로, 밸브하우징(2)과, 유입구(3,4), 배출구(5) 및, 2개의 밸브대(11,12)와 2개의 밸브디스크(9,10)를 구비하는 바, 하나의 밸브디스크(10)가 공통의 밸브축(8)상에 탄력적으로 설치되어지므로 상기 밸브디스크(9,10)가 상호 독립적으로 폐쇄될 수 있다.

제1도는 본 발명에 따른 밸브의 개략단면도,
제2도는 제1도의 원으로 둘러싸인 부분의 확대도이다.
Claims (11)
- 밸브하우징(2)과; 유입구(3,4); 배출구(5) 및; 밸브대(11,12)와 밸브디스크(9,10)의 사이에 각각 형성되었으면서, 상기 유입구(3,4)와 배출구(5) 사이에 위치된 차단가능한 적어도 2개의 유동개구부를 구비한 특히 배기가스재순환밸브에 있어서, 상기 유동개구부가 상호 독립적으로 차단가능한 것을 특징으로하는 밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 밸브디스크(10)가 밸브축(8)상에 탄력적으로 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 2개의 밸브디스크(9,10)가 상기 밸브축(8)에 의해 상호 연결되어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브.
- 제2항 또는 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 밸브축(8)이 신축적인 밸브축으로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브.
- 제2항 또는 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 밸브디스크(10)가 다이아프램스프링(18)을 매개로 상기 밸브축(18)에 연결되어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 구동수단(19)이 밸브조절을 위해 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 구동수단(19)이 고장난 경우에 상기 밸브(1)를 폐쇄하도록 스프링이 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 하나의 밸브대(11)가 밸브하우징(2) 내에 탄력적으로 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 밸브대(11)가 밸브하우징(2)내에 다이아프램형 스프링(20)에 의해 지지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 교차된 다수개의 톱니연결이 하나의 밸브디스크(9)를 상기 밸브축(8)에 연결하도록 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브.
- 제2항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 탄성의 다이아프램(15)이 밸브축밀봉부재로 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
