Abstract

본 발명은 무색의 투명한 코폴리아미드 또는 호모폴리아미드와의 그들의 혼합물로 만들어진 비코팅된 렌즈를 제공하는 것이다.
이와같은 렌즈는 긁힘 내성과 표면 경도가 우수하고, 단단한 코팅의 적용이 필요없고, 높은 투명성과 우수한 UV내성을 가지고 있어서, 자동차 헤드라이트로 대표되는 광시스템에 유용하다.

Claims (13)

  1. a) 6 내지 24개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 적어도 하나의 시클로알리파틱 디아민, b) 상기 시클로알리파틱 디아민에 대략 등몰인 8 내지 16개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 적어도 하나의 방향족 디카르복실산, 및 c) 추가로 20%까지 포함되는 폴리아미드-형성 모노머, 특히 1 내지 20몰%의 적어도 하나의 락탐 또는 오메가-아미노-카르복실산, 또는 적어도 하나의 알리파틱 디아민과 6 내지 12개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 알리파틱 디카르복실산의 대략적인 등몰의 혼합물로 이루어지고, 적어도 170%의 유리 전이 온도를 갖고, 임의로 공정-관련된 첨가제 및/또는 사용-관련된 첨가제로 실질적으로 이루어진 코폴리아미드를 특징으로 하는 무색의 투명한 코폴리아미드 또는 호모폴리아미드와의 그들의 혼합물로 만들어진 비코팅된 렌즈.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 코폴리아미드는 170 내지 230℃의 유리 전이 온도를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 비코팅된 렌즈.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 호모폴리아미드는 PA6, PA11, PA12, PA66, PA69, PA610 및 PA612의 그룹에서 선택되고, 특히, 혼합물에 최대 30중량%의 양으로 포함되고, PA12의 10중량%를 포함하는 것이 특별히 바람직하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비코팅된 렌즈.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 시클로알리파틱 디아민은 메틸, 에틸 또는 이소프로필기들에 의해 고리 및/또는 중앙 메틸렌기에서 단일 또는 다중 치환되는 것을 특징으로 하는 비코팅된 렌즈.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 치환된 시클로알리파틱 디아미은 비스(3-메틸-4-아미노시클로헥실)-메탄인 것을 특징으로 하는 비코팅된 렌즈.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 방향족 디카르복실산은 이소프탈산, 테레프탈산 또는 나프탈렌 디카르복실산의 그룹에서 선택되고, 여기서 이소프탈산이 특히 바람직한 것을 특징으로 하는 비코팅된 렌즈.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 락탐은 데카노락탐 또는 도데카노락탐인 것을 특징으로 하는 비코팅된 렌즈.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 코폴리아미드와 그들의 혼합물은 공정-관련된 첨가제 또는 사용-관련된 첨가제, 예를 들면 사슬 조절제, 윤활제, 안정제, 안료, 염색제 및 충격 강도 향상제 등의 첨가제 등으로 선택적으로 변형되는 것을 특징으로 하는 비코팅된 렌즈.
  9. 제1항 내지 제8항중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 코폴리아미드는 대략 40몰%의 비스(3-메틸-4-아미노시클로헥실)-메탄, 대략 40몰%의 이소프탈산, 대략 20몰%의 라우린락탐으로 구성되고, 폴리아미드 12의 10중량%는 렌즈 몸체에 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 비코팅된 렌즈.
  10. 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 사출 성형 공정으로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 비코팅된 렌즈.
  11. 특히, 육지, 항공 및 해상 운반 수단에 사용하기 위한, 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 하나의 항에 따른 렌즈를 포함하는 광시스템.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 이것은 안개등인 것을 특징으로 하는 광시스템.
  13. 제11항에 있어서, 이것은 앞쪽 헤드라이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 광시스템.
