Abstract

본 발명은 테이퍼 롤러의 간격을 일정하게 유지시키는 리테이너(Retainer)의 원추형관을 프로그레시브(Progressive) 금형작업으로 성형하면서 리테이너 제조공정을 간소화하고 창살의 비틀림현상을 방지함과 동시에 장방형홀이 형성된 리테이너를 교정하지 않아도 원활하게 고속회전시킬 수 있도록 하는 테이퍼 롤러 베어링의 리테이너 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 이는 띠형상의 강판소재를 일정한 거리만큼씩 이동시키면서 프레싱하여 원추형관을 성형하고 그 원추형관의 외주면에 장방형홀을 성형하여 리테이너를 제조하되 상기 강판소재에 드로잉(drawing) 가공으로 성형한 컵형상의 원추형관을 프레스작업으로 전단하면서 원추형관의 상단부 모따기 작업이 동시에 이루어지도록 함으로서 이룰 수 있는 발명이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 띠형상의 강판소재(20)를 일정한 거리만큼씩 이동시키면서 프레싱하여 원추형관 (10)을 성형하고 그 원추형관(10)의 외주면에 장방형홀(3)을 성형하여 리테이너를 제조함에 있어서, 상기 강판소재(20)에 드로잉(drawing)가공으로 성형한 컵형상의 원추형관(10)을 프레스작업으로 전단하면서 원추형관(10)의 상단부(11) 모따기 작업이 동시에 이루어지도록 하여 리테이너(1)의 창살(4) 비틀림현상을 방지할 수 있도록 하여서 됨을 특징으로 한 테이퍼 롤러 베어링의 리테이너 제조방법.
