Abstract

본 발명은 끼워붙임오목부의 내면에 형성된 탄성수지재료로 이루어지는 엇갈림방지층을 형성한 클램프에 있어서, 끼워붙임오목부내에 지지된 피고정물에 축방향으로 강한 힘이 가해진 경우에 상기 엇갈림방지층이 박리되는 것을 가급적으로 방지하는 것을 목적으로 하며, 끼워붙임오목부의 양측 둘레부를, 대략 'ㄷ'자 형상으로 돌아가며 클램프 본체에 고정된 엇갈림방지층을 형성한 구성으로 되어있다.

Claims (5)

  1. 선형상, 관형상 혹은 봉형상의 피고정물을 소정개소에 지지고정하기 위한 합성수지제의 클램프에 있어서, 상기 소정개소에 고정하기 위한 고정부를 가지는 클램프 본체에 상기 피고정물이 끼워붙여지는 1 또는 2 이상의 끼워붙임오목부가 형성되어 있음과 아울러; 상기 끼워붙임오목부 내면중 적어도 일부에, 끼워넣어지는 상기 피고정물의 축방향을 따라서 마찰저항이 큰 탄성수시재료로 이루어진 엇갈림방지층이 형성되고; 또 이 엇갈림 방지층이 상기 끼워붙임오목부의 양측 둘레부를, 대략 'ㄷ'자 형상으로 돌아가며 클램크 본체에 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 클램프.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 엇갈림방지층의 양단부가 각각 대략 'ㄷ'자 형상으로 절곡되고, 양'ㄷ'자 형상 절곡부의 선단부가 각각 클램프 본체의 측면에 형성된 오목부내에 삽입되어 있는 클램프.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 엇갈림방지층이 링형상으로 형성되고, 상기 링형상 엇갈림방지층이 클램프 본체를 일주하고 있는 클램프.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 엇갈림방지층이 2색형법에 의해 클램프 본체와 일체적으로 형성된 클램프.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 끼워붙임오목부의 개방단부에서 상기 끼워붙임오목부내를 향하여 돌출형성된 탄성변형이 가능한 빠짐방지편을 가지는 클램프.
