Abstract

본 발명은 디지탈 영상시스템에 관한 것으로, 특히 비트율(Bit Rate)을 정확하게 조정하여 영상데이타를 압축비트열 상에서도 편집 및 합성이 효율적으로 이루어지도록 한 영상압축 데이타 편집장치에 관한 것이다.
상기와 같은 본 발명의 영상압축 데이타 편집장치는 내부에 프레임 메모리를 구비하고 복수의 서로 다른 비트율을 갖는 부호화된 단위영상 데이타를 각각 복호화하는 복수개의 부호화부와, 상기 각각의 복호화부의 프레임 메모리에 저장 출력되는 각각의 영상데이타를 선택, 연산하여 편집된 데이타 비트열 또는 합성된 데이타 비트열을 내부의 프레임 메모리에 저장하고, 편집합성시에 발생하는 비트량의 오차를 보정하기 위한 제어신호를 출력하는 제어수단부와, 상기 제어수단부에서 출력하는 편집 또는 합성되어진 데이타를 상기 제어수단부의 비트량 오차보정을 위한 제어신호에 의해 오차를 보정하여, 재부호화 하여 출력하고, 출력시에는 내부에 구비한 버퍼의 상태를 상기 제어수단부로 피드백하는 재부호화부를 포함하여 이루어진다.

Claims (2)

  1. 디지탈 영상시스템에 있어서, 내부에 프레임 메모리를 구비하고 복수의 서로 다른 비트율을 갖는 부호화된 단위영상 데이타를 각각 복호화하는 복수개의 부호화부와, 상기 각각의 복호화부의 프레임 메모리에 저장 출력되는 각각의 영상데이타를 선택, 연산하여 편집된 데이타 비트열 또는 합성된 데이타 비트열을 내부의 프레임 메모리에 저장하고, 편집합성시에 발생하는 비트량이 오차를 보정하기 위한 제어신호를 출력하는 제어수단부와, 상기 제어수단부에서 출력되는 편집 또는 합성되어진 데이타를 상기 제어수단부의 비트량 오차보정을 위한 제어신호에 의해 오차를 보정하여, 재부호화 하여 출력하고, 출력시에는 내부에 구비한 버퍼의 상태를 상기 제어수단부로 피드백하는 재부호화부를 포함하여 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 영상압축 데이타 편집장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 제어수단부는 재부화부의 버퍼상태 신호에 따라 언더플로우(Underflow)시에는 합성 또는 편집데이타의 비트열에 Δbit 만클의 더미(Dummy)비트가 추가되고, 오버플로우(Overflow)시에는 합성 또는 편집데이타의 비트열에 비트수가 적은 더미프레임(Dummy Frame)이 삽입되도록 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 영상압축 데이타 편집장치.
