Abstract

본 발명은 칼라수상관에 관한 것이며, 특히 고휘도 및 고콘트라스트인 표시를 실현하는 칼라수상관에 관한 것으로서, 페이시플레이트의 내부측에 규칙적으로 배열된 적색, 청색, 녹색의 다수의 화소가 전자빔의 조사를 받아 발광하는 형광체층과, 이 형광체층과 상기 페이스플레이트 사이에 개재하는 칼라필터를 구비하며, 상기 화소중 녹색의 화소는 상기 페이스플레이트의 외부측에서 표준 광원(C)으로부터의 빛을 조사한 경우의 반사광의 색도를 (L*a*b*) 표색계에 있어서 a*를 가로축, b*를 세로측으로 한 좌표계에 기입했을 때 상기 좌표계의 제4상한에 기입되는 색도가 되도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 한다.

제1도는 본 발명의 칼라수상관의 구조의 개요를 나타낸 단면도, 제2도는 본 발명의 칼라수상관의 페이스플레이트(face plate)의 유효표시면의 구조를 확대하여 부분적으로 나타낸 단면도, 제3도는 칼라수상관에 있어서, 청색과 적색의 필터 농도를 변하게 하여 청색 화소와 적색 화소에 의한 보디칼라와, BCP와의 관계를 조사한 결과를, (L*a*b*) 표색계에 있어서, a*를 가로측, b*를 세로축으로 한 좌표계에 나타낸 도면.

Claims (6)

  1. 전자총을 수용하는 기밀 밀봉된 외각 용기; 상기 외각용기의 앞면에 설치된 투광성 페이스플레이트; 상기 페이스플레이트의 내부측에 규칙적으로 배열된 적색, 청색, 녹새의 다수의 화소를 구비하며, 상기 화소는 전자빔의 조사를 받아 발광하는 형광체층; 상기 형광체층과 페이스플레이트 사이에 칼라필터를 구비하며, 상기 화소중 녹색의 화소는 상기 페이스플레이트의 외부측에서 표준 광원(C)으로부터의 빛을 조사한 경우의 반사광의 색도를 (L*a*b*) 표색계에 있어서 a*를 가로축, b*를 세로축으로 한 좌표계에 기입했을 때 상기 좌표계의 제4상한에 기입되는 색도가 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 칼라수상관.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 녹색의 화소에 상기 페이스플레이트의 외부측에서 표준 광원(C)으로부터의 빛을 조사한 경우의 반사광의 색도를 (L*a*b*) 표색계에 있어서 a*를 가로축, b*를 세로축으로 한 좌표계에 기입했을 때, b*≥(-8/3)a*를 만족하는 범위로 기입되는 색도가 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 칼라 수상관.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 녹색의 화소에 상기 페이스플레이트의 외부측에서 표준광원(C)으로부터의 빛을 조사한 경우의 반사광의 색도를 (L*a*b*) 표색계에 있어서 a*를 가로측, b*를 세로축으로 한 좌표계에 기입했을 때, b*≥(-6/5)a*를 만족하는 범위로 기입되는 색도가 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 칼라 수상관.
  4. 화상을 표시하는 유효표시면을 구비한 투광성 페이스플레이트; 상기 페이스플레이트의 뒷면측에 전단부가 접합되어 칼라수상관의 외각으로서 밀봉된 용기를 형성하는 후단부가 끝이 가느다란 퍼넬; 상기 페이스플레이트의 유효 표시면의 내면측에 피착된 적색, 청색, 녹색의 각 화소색에 각각 대응한 색의 형광체를 배열하여 이루어진 형광체층; 상기 페이스플레이트와 상기 형광체층 사이에 끼워진 상기 적색, 상기 청색, 상기 녹색의 각 화소에 색에 각각 대응한 색의 색 셀을 배치하여 이루어진 칼라필터; 상기 퍼넬의 후단부에 배치되며, 상기 형광체층에 대해 표시화상에 대응한 위치에 전자빔을 투사하는 전자총을 구비하며, 상기 칼라필터의 색 셀중, 상기 녹색의 형광체에 대응한 색의 색 셀이 적어도 TiO2-NiO-CoO-ZnO계 미립자 및 CoC-Al2O3-Cr2O3-TiO2계 미립자 및 CoO-Al2O3-Cr2O3계 미립자로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 한개와, Fe2O3미립자를 혼합한 안료를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 칼라수상관.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 칼라필터의 색 셀중 상기 적색의 형광체에 대응한 색의 색 셀이 안료로서 Fe2O3미립자를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 칼라수상관.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 칼라필터의 색 셀중 상기 청색의 형광체에 대응한 색 셀이 안료로서 Al2O3-CoO 미립자를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한 칼라수상관.
