본 고안은 유압식 착유기에 관한 것으로 유압실린더에 유압을 전달하는 유압장치를 기대의 하부공간 내에 설치함과 동시에 기대 뒤쪽에는 흡입펌프와 유압장치 작동 모우터를 설치하며 기대 앞쪽에는 착유통의 기름유출구 아래에 정제통을 정제통 고정판으로 고정하여 유압식 착유기에 설치되는 유압장치나 정제기 등의 부대시설을 하나의 기대위에 설치함으로써 착유기 시설을 간소화한 개량 고안에 관한 것이며, 특히 유압장치를 기대의 하부공간에 설치할 수 있도록 유압장치의 각 부품을 개조하여 본 고안의 목적을 달성케 한 것이다. 종래의 유압식 착유기는 기대위에 입설된 2개의 지주 사이에 유압실린더가 설치되었으며 그 위에 착유통이 설치된 단위체의 착유기와 이 유압착유기의 작동을 위한 부대시설로써 유압장치와 유압펌프가 별개로 설치되었기 때문에, 첫째, 착유기와 유압장치를 별도로 제작하는 제작비용이 많이 들고, 둘째, 착유기와 유압장치를 별도로 설치하기 위한 설치장소가 넓어야 할 뿐만 아니라 설치 비용도 많이 들고, 셋째, 착유기와 유압장치를 개별적으로 운전해야 하는 번거로움과 인력소모가 크다는 등의 여러 가지 불합리한 문제점이 있으므로 본 고안은 이러한 종래의 결함을 감안하여 안출한 것인 바 이를 첨부 도면에 의거하여 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다. 기대(1)의 기대판(1a)을 중량판체로 형성하되 그 하부에 공간부(1b)를 형성하여 기대판(1a)에는 지주고정 나선구멍(2)(3)을 뚫어 거기에 2 개의 지주(4)(5)를 나사붙여 입설하여 기대판(1a) 뒤쪽에는 흡입펌프 설치판(6)과 유압장치 작동모우터 설치판(7)을 형성하여 거기에 흡입펌프(6a)와 유압장치 작동모우터(7a)를 설치하고 기대판(1a) 하부의 공간부(1b)내에는 유압장치(9)를 개조하여 설치하여서 유압피스턴 작동크랭크축(9a)과 모우터축(7b)를 워엄기어(10)로 치합설치하며, 착유통(11)의 기름유출구(11a) 아래에는 정제통(12)이 위치하게 정제통(12)이 고정된 정제통 고정판(13)의 양쪽 후단에 뚫린 구멍(13a)(13b)을 지주(4)(5)에 끼워 고정하였다. 도면중 미설명 부호 8은 유압실린더이며, 9b는 유압공급관이고, 14는 콘트롤박스, 15는 깻묵선반, 16은 착유기상판, 17은 지주상고정너트, 17a는 보조고정너트, 17b는 지주하고정너트이다.The present invention relates to a hydraulic milking machine, which installs a hydraulic system that delivers hydraulic pressure to the hydraulic cylinder in the lower space of the base, and at the rear of the base, a suction pump and a hydraulic operating motor are installed, and the front of the base is under the oil outlet of the milk container.
