Abstract

본 발명은 전자 지지체에 복합 도막을 형성시키는 방법 및 이렇게 도포된 지지체를 제공한다. 상기 방법은 폴리실라잔 및 내화성 섬유를 도료 조성물을 전자 지지체에 도포시키고 폴리실라잔이 세라믹으로 전환되기에 충분한 온도에서 도포된 전자 지지체를 가열시키는 단계를 포함한다.

  1. 폴리실라잔 및 내화성 섬유를 포함하는 도료 조성물을 전자 지지체에 도포시키고 폴리실라잔이 세라믹으로 전환되기에 충분한 온도에서 도포된 지지체를 가열시키는 단계를 포함하여, 전자 지지체에 복합 도막을 형성시키는 방법.
