Abstract

2개의 평행한 림(10a,10b)을 가진 등자형 부재(10), 2개의 림 사이에 연장되는 핀(14) 및 축방향 단부에 배치된 저마찰 베어링(16)에 의해 회전가능하게 장착된 롤러(12)를 포함하는 안전 벨트용 디플렉터 부속구에 관한 것으로, 롤러가 벽 두께를 증가시킴으로써 형성되고 내측으로 향하는 하나 이상의 지지 구조물(12a)을 저마찰 베어링(16) 사이에 구비하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이와 같은 형상에서, 벨트 리트랙터가 잠겼을 경우와 같이 하중을 받을때 롤러는 탄성적으로 변형되어 지지 구조물이 핀과 접촉하게 한다. 그에 따라, 롤러의 소성변형도 방지되며, 하중의 일부가 지지 구조물을 통해 직접 핀에 전달되기 때문에 저마찰 베어링은 큰 하중을 받지 않는다.

Claims (7)

  1. 2개의 평행한 림(10a,10b)을 가진 등자형 부재(10), 2개의 림 사이에 연장하는 핀(14) 및 축방향 단부에 배치된 저마찰 베어링(16)에 의해 회전가능하게 장착된 롤러(12)를 포함하는 안전 벨트용 디플렉터 부속구에 있어서, 상기 롤러는 벽 두께를 증가시킴으로써 형성되고 내측으로 향하는 하나 이상의 지지 구조물(12a)을 저마찰 베어링(16) 사이에 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디플렉터 부속구.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 롤러(12)의 내경은 상기 저마찰 베어링(16)으로부터 상기 지지 구조물(12a)쪽으로 점감하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디플렉터 부속구.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 지지 구조물(12a)은 슬리브형 롤러(12)로 부터 내측으로 돌출한 하나 이상의 환형비드에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디플렉터 부속구.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 롤러의 외측 둘레부에 홈이 형성되어 둘레 방향을 따라 연장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디플렉터 부속구.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 롤러(12)는 종방향 단면으로 볼때 오목한 외측 둘레면을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디플렉터 부속구.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 롤러(12)는 종방향 단면으로 볼때 볼록한 외측 둘레면을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디플렉터 부속구.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 롤러(12)의 축방향 단부는 림(10a, 10b)과 함께 좁은 간극의 밀봉부를 형성하기 위해 저마찰 베어링(16)을 지나 돌출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디플렉터 부속구.
