Abstract

표면층으로서 이소탁틱 폴리프로필렌 층, 중간층으로서 신디오탁틱 폴리프로필렌을 주체로 한 층을 사용한, 100℃ 에서의 종방향 및 횡방향 수축률이 25% 이상이고 종방향 및 횡방향으로 각각 2배 이상 연신시킨 폴리프로필렌계 열수축성 필름이며, 포장기계적성이 양호하고, 내인열전파성, 저온수축성 및 내열성이 우수한 수축 포장재로로서 적합하게 사용된다.

제1도는 실시예에 사용된 튜브형 2축연신장치의 개략적인 단면도이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 표면층이 신디오탁틱 폴리프로필렌으로 이루어지고, 중간층이 50 내지 100중량%의 신디오탁틱 폴리프로필렌과 0 내지 50중량%의 이소탁틱 폴리프로필렌으로 본질적으로 이루어지며, 전 층에 대한 중간층의 비가 30% 이상인 동시에 표면층의 두께가 적어도 1μ이상이고, 100℃에서의 종방향 및 횡방향 수축률이 25% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는, 종방향 및 횡방향으로 각각 2배 이상 연신된 폴리프로필렌개 열수축성 적층 필름.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 중간층의 신디오탁틱 폴리프로필렌(B)의13C-NMR로 측정한 신디오탁틱(pentad) 분율이 0.7 이상인 폴리올레핀계 열수축성 적층 필름.
