Abstract

본 발명은 2개 이상의 개별적으로 절연된 도선, 도선을 랩핑하는 중합체 테이프의 내부 라이닝, 및 내부 라이닝 주위에서 압출성형되는 중합체 절연물 용융물의 외부 쟈켓을 포함하고, 좋은 원형도 및 스트립능이 결합된 절연된 케이블에 관한 것이다. 내부 라이닝 및 외부 쟈켓 사이의 접착 수준 이하로 내부 라이닝 및 도선이 접착된다. 절연된 케이블은 특히, 잠금-방지 브레이크 시스템에서 유용하다. 또한, 본 명세서에는 케이블의 제조 방법도 기재되어 있다.

절연된 케이블 및 그것의 제조 방법(INSULATED CABLE AND METHOD OF MAKING SAME)

Claims (9)

  1. (a) 중합체 절연물의 제1층에 의해 개별적으로 둘러싸인 1개 이상의 제1도선 및 절연물의 제1층에 의해 개별적으로 둘러싸인 제2도선을 포함하는 다수의 도선; (b) 상기 다수의 도선을 집합적으로 둘러싸고 있고, 도선 주위를 랩핑(wrapping)하는 테이프를 포함하는 중합체 절연물의 내부 라이닝; 및 (c) 내부 라이닝 주위에서 용융-압출성형되는 중합체 조성물을 포함하는 중합체 절연물의 외부 쟈켓을 포함하는 절연된 캐이블로서, 도선 및 내부 라이닝 사이의 접착 수준이 내부 라이닝 및 외부 쟈켓 사이의 접착 수단 이하인 절연된 케이블.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 바람직하게는 외부 쟈켓에 내부 라이닝을 결합시키는 고온 용융 접착제층을 통해, 외부 쟈켓이 내부 라이닝에 용융-결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 케이블.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 제1층이 에틸렌/ 테트라플루오로에틸렌 공중합체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 케이블.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 모두 함께 트위스트 되는 2개, 3개 또는 4개의 도선을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 케이블.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 중합체 테이프는 중합체 테이프에 결합되는 금속성층을 가지고 실질적으로 도선을 연속적으로 보호하는 폴리에스테르 테이프인 것을 특징으로 하는 케이블.
  6. (a) 각각 중합체 절연물의 제1층에 의해 둘러싸인 도선이 함께 트위스트되는 2개의 절연된 금속성 도선; (b) (ⅰ) 절연된 도선에 비결합되도록 둘러싸여 있고, (ⅱ) 도선 주위를 랩핑하는 중합체 테이프를 포함하는 중합체 절연물의 내부 라이닝; 및 (c) (ⅰ) 내부 라이닝 주위에서 압력-압출성형하는 중합체 조성물을 포함하고 (ⅱ) 내부 라이닝에 결합되어 있는 중합체 절연물의 외부 쟈켓을 포함하며, 96% 이상의 원형도를 가지는 절연된 케이블.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 절연물의 제1층이 에틸렌/ 테트라플루오로에틸렌 공중합체를 포함하고, 내부 라이닝이 폴리에스테르 테이프 및 외부 쟈켓에 용융-결합되는 접착제층을 포함하며, 및 외부 쟈켓이 폴리올레핀을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 케이블.
  8. <1) (a) 각각 중합체 절연물의 제1층에 의해 둘러싸인 도선이 함께 트위스트되는 2개의 절연된 금속성 도선; (b) (ⅰ) 절연된 도선에 비결합되도록 둘러싸여 있고, (ⅱ) 도선 주위를 랩핑하는 중합체 테이프를 포함하는 중합체 절연물의 내부 라이닝; 및 (c) (ⅰ) 내부 라이닝 주위에서 압력-압출성형되는 중합체 조성물을 포함하고 (ⅱ) 내부 라이닝에 결합되어 있는 중합체 절연물의 외부 쟈켓을 포함하고, 96% 이상의 원형도를 가지는절연된 케이블, (2) 도선의 노출된 말단부에 개별적으로 연결되어 있는 2개의 말단; 및 (3) 케이블의 말단부 주위 및 말단에서 성형되어, 케이블의 말단부 주위에서 방수성 실링을 제공하는 절연물 중합체 조성물의 성형체를 포함하는 어셈블리로서, 잠금-방지 브레이크 시스템에서, 바퀴 회전 속도 센서를 전자 제어기에 연결시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 어셈블리.
  9. (1) 2개 이상의 도선을 제공하는 단계; (2) 도선 주위에 중합체 테이프를 랩핑하는 단계; 및 (3) 외부 쟈켓을 형성하기 위해서, 외부 쟈켓이 중합체 테이프에 용융-결합되는 온도에서 압출성형되는, 중합체 조성물을 용융-압출성형하는 단계를 포함하는 절연된 케이블을 제조하는 방법.
