Abstract

Claims (22)

  1. (a) 제1 및 제2주된 표면을 지니며 하나 이상의 열가소성 중합체를 함유하는 열가소성 층을 지니는 시이트 물질을 제공하는 단계; (b) 상기 시이트 물질의 제1주된 표면을 기재에 접촉시키고 상기 시이트 물질의 제2주된 표면은 노출된 상태로 방치하는 단계; (c) 상기 시이트 물질을 승온으로 가열하는 단계; 및 (d) 상기 시이트 물질이 기재에 부착된 상태로 시이트 물질 및 기재를 냉각시키는 단계를 포함하는, 기재에 지형적 또는 보호적 특성을 부여하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 중합체가 실온에서 반-결정성인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 중합체가 폴리에스테르인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 중합체가 히드록시-작용성 폴리에스테르인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 시이트 물질이 제1주된 표면에서 무정형 중합체의 제2층을 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 시이트 물질이 제2주된 표면에 페인트를 도포하는 것을 추가로 포함하는 방법.
  7. (a) 제1 및 제2주된 표면을 지니며 약 -30℃ 이상의 Tg를 가지는 하나 이상의 무정형 중합체 및/또는 하나 이상의 반결정성 중합체를 함유하는 층을 지니는 시이트 물질을 제공하는 단계; (b) 상기 시이트 물질의 제1주된 표면을 기재에 접촉시키고 상기 시이트 물질의 제2주된 표면은 노출된 상태로 방치하는 단계; (c) 상기 시이트 물질을 승온으로 가열하는 단계; 및 (d) 상기 시이트 물질이 기재에 부착된 상태로 시이트 물질 및 기재를 냉각시키는 단계를 포함하는, 기재에 지형적 또는 보호적 특성을 부여하는 방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 중합체가 폴리에스테르인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  9. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 중합체가 히드록시-작용성 폴리에스테르인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  10. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 시이트 물질이 열경화성 성분을 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  11. 실온에서 반결정인 하나 이상의 열가소성이고 용융-유동성인 중합체 및 임의로 하나 이상의 실질적으로 비-반응성인 충전재로 본질적으로 이루어진 하나 이상의 층을 포함하는 시이트 물질.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 층이 비-반응성 충전제를 함유하지 않은 것을 특징으로 하는 사이트 물질.
  13. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 중합체가 폴리에스테르인 것을 특징으로 하는 시이트 물질.
  14. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 중합체가 히드록시-작용성 폴리에스테르인 것을 특징으로 하는 시이트 물질.
  15. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 시이트 물질이 하나 이상의 무정형 중합체 층을 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시이트 물질.
  16. 제1층 및 상기 제1층에 인접한 제2층을 포함하며, 상기 제1층이 잠재성이며 열경화성인 조성물을 포함하고 제2층이 열가소성이며 용융-유동성인 조성물을 포함하는 시이트 물질.
  17. 제16항에 있어서, 상기 꼭대기층과 바닥층 사이에 제3층으로서 중합성 필름을 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용융-유동성 시이트 물질.
  18. 제16항에 있어서, 상기 제1층이 잠재성, 열경화성이며 용용유동성인 조성물이 압감 열경화성 접착제를 포함하고, 상기 제2층의 열가소성이며, 용융-유동성인 조성물이 실온에서 반결정성인 중합체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시이트 물질.
  19. 접착적으로 기재에 결합된 제16항의 시이트 물질을 지니는 기재를 포함하는 제품.
  20. 제19항에 있어서, 상기 기재가 워셔인 것을 특징으로 하는 제품.
  21. 제19항에 있어서, 상기 제1층의 잠재성, 열경화성인 조성물이 압감 접착제인 것을 특징으로 하는 제품.
  22. 제14항에 있어서, 상기 히드록시-작용성 폴리에스테르가 폴리카르로락톤인 것을 특징으로 하는 시이트 물질.
