Abstract

본 발명은 메탈로센과 접촉된 트리틸 카르보늄 이온을 포함하는 양이온 교환 수지의 반응생성물을 포함하는 촉매 전구체 조성물에 관한 것이다. 메탈로센과 접촉된 트리틸 카르보늄 이온을 포함하는 양이온 교환 수지의 반응생성물의 제조방법은 하기 (1)~(3)의 단계를 포함한다: (1) 양이온을 가진 양이온 교환 수지를 제공하는 단계; (2) 트리틸 할라이드 착물과 이에 적당한 용매를 포함하는 용액과 양이온 교환 수지를 접촉시킴으로써 중간체를 형성시키는 단계; (3) 중간체와 메탈로센, 바람직하게는 지르코노센염을 접촉시키는 단계 생성된 조성물은 알룸옥산 유리 시스템에서 에틸렌 수지를 제조하는데 사용할 수 있다.

Claims (22)

  1. 적어도 일부의 열 교환성 양이온부가 촉매적 양이온 메탈로센류를 포함하는 양이온 교환 수지를 포함하는 촉매 전구체 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 메탈로센류가 식 CpmMAnBp로 제공되는데, 이때 Cp는 비치환된 또는 단일-또는 다중-치환된 시클로펜타디에닐기이고, M은 메탈로센-형성 금속 원자이며, 동일하거나 다를 수 있는 A 및 B는 할로겐 원자, 수소 원자, 히드록실기, 알콜시드기 또는 알킬기이며, m은 1 또는 2이고 m+n+p는 M가와 동일한 조성물.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 메탈로센-형성 금속 원자가 지르코늄 또는 하프늄인 조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 수지가 솔포네이트기를 함유하는 음이온부를 포함하는 조성물.
  5. 제2항에 있어서, CpmMAnBp가 비스-(인데닐)지르코늄 디할라이드인 조성물.
  6. 제2항에 있어서, CpmMAnBp가 조성물의 0.01 내지 2.0mmol/g을 구성하는 조성물.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, CpmMAnBp가 조성물의 0.01 내지 1.0mmol/g을 구성하는 조성물.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 양이온 교환부가 Ph3C+와 교환성인 조성물.
  9. 양이온 교환 수지를 강한 루이스산 양이온류와 접촉시킴으로써 중간체를 형성시키는 단계; 및 중간체를 메탈로센과 접촉시킴으로써 촉매적 양이온 메탈로센류를 형성시키는 단계를 포함하는 제1항의 조성물의 제조방법.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 강한 루이스산 양이온류가 Ph3C+인 방법.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 Ph3C+가 트리틸 할라이드 형태로 제공되는 방법.
  12. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 메탈로센이 식 CpmMAnBp로 제공되는데, 이때 Cp는 비치환된 또는 단일-또는 다중-치환된 시클로펜타디에닐기이고, M은 메탈로센-형성 금속 원자이며, 동일하거나 다를 수 있는 A 및 B는 할로겐 원자, 수소 원자, 히드로길기, 알콜시드기 또는 알킬기이며, m은 1 또는 2이고 m+n+p는 M가와 동일한 조성물.
  13. 제1항의 촉매 전구체 조성물과 혼합된 알킬알루미늄 화합물을 포함하는 촉매.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 알킬알루미늄 화합물의 알킬기가 1 내지 10개의 탄소원자를 포함하는 촉매.
  15. 제13항에 있어서, 알킬알루미늄 화합물이 알킬알루미늄 모노 할라이드, 알킬알루미늄 디할라이드, 및트리알킬알루미늄으로 이루어진 군중에서 선택되는 촉매.
  16. 제15항에 있어서, 트리알킬알루미늄이 트리메틸알루미늄, 트리에틸알루미늄 및 트리이소부틸알루미늄으로 이루어진 군 중에서 선택되는 촉매.
  17. 제15항에 있어서, 트리알킬알루미늄이 트리이소부틸알루미늄인 촉매.
  18. 상응하는 단량체를 제13항의 촉매와 접촉시키는 단계를 포함하는 올레핀 중합체의 제조방법.
  19. 제18항에 있어서, 올레핀 중합체가 에틸렌 동종 중합체, 또는 에틸렌과 하나이상의 알파-올레핀과의 공중합체인 방법.
  20. 상응하는 메탈로센으로부터 지지된 촉매 양이온 메탈로센류를 제조하는데 있어서, 강한 루이스 산성의 양이온류와의 교환을 통해 변성된 양이온 교환 수지를 사용하는 방법.
  21. 제20항에 있어서, 강한 산성의 양이온류가 Ph3C+인 양이온 교환 수지의 사용 방법.
