Abstract

본 발명은 N-(2-에틸헥실)-1,2-벤즈이소티아졸린-3-온과 같이 알킬 쪽 쇄에 2이상의탄소 원자를 갖는 N-(β-분지된 알킬)-1,2-벤즈이소티아졸린-3-온에 관한다. 이 화합물은 페인트막 살균제로서 적당하다.

Claims (12)

  1. 하기 식(I)의 화합물 및 이의 염.
    식중, R 및 R1은 2이상의 탄소원자를 함유하는 치화뇐 알킬 또는 알킬; R2는 수소, 알킬 또는 치환된 알킬; R 및 R1은 자신들이 결합하고 있는 탄소 원자와 함께 링을 완성하고; X는 할로겐 C1-C4-저급알킬, C1-C4-저급 알콕시, 니트로, 니트릴, 하이드록시, 카복시, 또는 알콕시카(카보닐; 및 n은 0-4임.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, R, R1및 R2(수소가 아닐 경우)로 나타내어진 탄소의 총수가 18미만인 화합물.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 알킬의 치환체가 페닐, 싸이클로헥실, 할로겐, 니트로, 니틀릴, 하이드록시,카복시, 알콕시카보닐, 아실옥시, 또는 C1-C4-저급 알콕시에서 선택되는 화합물.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, R2가 수소이고 R 및 R1이 각각 알킬인 화합물.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, n이 0인 화합물.
  6. 화합물 N-(2-에틸헥실)-벤즈이소리아졸린-3-온 및 N-(2-엘틸부틸)-벤즈이소티아졸린-3-온.
  7. 담체 및 하기식(I)의 화합물(이들의 염 포함)로 구성되는 조성물.
    식중, R 및 R1은 2이상의 탄소원자를 하뮤유하는 치환된 말킬로서의 알킬; R2는 수소, 알킬 또는 알킬이거나, 또는 R 및 R1은 자신들이 결합하고 있는 탄소 원자와 함께 링을 완성하며; X는 할로겐, C1-C4-저급 알킬, C1-C4-저급 알콕시, 니트로, 니트릴, 하이드록시, 카복시, 또는 알콕시카보닐; 및 n은 0-4임.
  8. 비활성 용매 내에서 하기 식(V)의 BIT의 알칼리 금속염을 하기 식의 알킬 할라이드와 반응시키는 단계로 구성되는 제1항의 화합물 제조 방법.
    식중, M은 알칼리 금속염; Hal은 활로겐; 및 R, R1, R2, X 및 n은 제1항에서 정의된 바와 같음.
  9. 비활성 용매내에서 하기 식(Ⅱ)의 화합물을 하기 식(Ⅲ)의 아민과 반응시키는 단계로 구성되는 제1항의 화합을 제조 방법.
    식중,Hal은 할로겐; 및 R, R1, R2, X 및 n은 제1항에 기술된 바와 같음.
  10. 비활성 용매내에서 산화제의 존재하에 하기 식(Ⅷ)의 디설파이드를 환화시키는 단계로 구성되는 제1항의 화합을 제조 방법.
    식중 R4는 그룹이고, R, R1, R2, X 및 n은 제1항에 기술된 바와 같음.
  11. 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항의 화합물로매질을 처리시키는 단계로 구성되는, 매질상 또는 매질내에서 미생물의생장을 억제시키는 방법.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 매질이 페인트 또는 라텟스인 방법.
