Abstract

본 발명은 텐트등으로서 사용하기 위한 길다른 휴대용 구조물을 제공하려는 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 휴대용 구조물은 각각의 단부에 단부패널(12)을 갖는다. 각각의 단부패널은 가요성 있는 탄성 스트립 재료로 이루어진 환형 후프(26)를 포함한다. 환형 후프를 구성하는 스트립 재료는 꼬임에 의해서 보다 작은 칫수로 줄어들수 있다. 각각의 후프내에 형성된 공간에서 신축성이 없는 가요성 직물로 이루어진 시이트(28)는 후프에 고정된다. 그래서, 시이트는 후프에 붙들린 상태로 유지되고, 후프의 붕괴 또는 비틀림에 저항한다. 단부패널은 단부 패널과 지주(20,22) 사이에서 연장된 적어도 하나의 스프레더 로드(18)에 의해서 직립위치에 유지된다. 지주들은 스프레더 로드의 단부들에 연결되고 각각의 단부패널에 부착된다. 단단한 힘 분배기(24)는 각각의 후프내에서 시이트와 결합하도록 각각의 지주에 부착될 것이다. 개구부를 갖춘 가요성 있는 직물덮개(16)는 휴대용 구조물을 점유하는 사람 또는 사람들에게 은신처를 제공하기 위해서 단부패널들 사이에서 연장된다.

제3도는 제1도의 선 3-3을 따라 도시한 부분 단면도이다,
제4도는 붕괴한 본체를 보유하기 위해서 추가된 스트랩을 보여주는 도면으로서 제1도에 도시된 텐트의 단부도.
제9도는 연장된 위치에 놓인 하나의 지주와 스프레더 로드 및 다른 지주의 일부를 보여주는 부분도면이다.
제15도는 수송 및 저장을 위해서 완전하게 고인 단부후프의 사시도이다,
제16도 내지 제18도는 제2도와 유사한 도면으로서 본체, 스프레더 로드, 지주, 힘 분배기의 다른 배열을 보여주는 도면이다.

Claims (27)

  1. 텐트로서 사용하기 위한 길다란 휴대용 구조물로서, 가요성 있는 탄성 스트링 재료로 이루어진 환형후프들 및 상기 후프의 붕괴와 뒤틀림을 방지하기 위해서 상기 환형후프내의 공간에 위치하고 상기 환형후프에 고정된 신축성 없는 가요성 직물로 이루어진 시이트를 포함하는 단부패널과, 상기 단부패널을 종방항으로 이격 된 직립위치들에 고정시키기 위한 고정수단과, 상기 휴대용 구조물을 점유하는 사람 또는 사람들에게 은신처를 제공하기 위해서 상기 단부패널들 사이에서 연장되고 상기 단부패널들과 협동하는 가요성 직물덮개와, 그리고 상기 휴대용 구조물에 입구를 제공하는 수단을 포함하고 있으며, 상기 환형후프들중 적어도 하나는 저장을 위해서 감소된 직경의 편평한 코일로 고이는 휴대용 구조물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 휴대용 구조물이 말리는 것을 방지하기 위한 수단을 더 포함하는 휴대용 구조물.
  3. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 상기 고정수단은 상기 단부패널들 사이에서 연장되고 상기 덮개에 연결된 적어도 하나의 길다른 스프레더로드를 포함하는 휴대용 구조물.
  4. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 상기 고정수단은 상기 단부패널들 사이에서 연장된 적어도 하나의 길다란 스프레더 로드 및 상기 스프레더로드를 상기 단부패널에 작동가능하게 연걸하는 지지수단을 포함하는 휴대용 구조물.
  5. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 상기 스프레더 로드는 단부와 단부로 연결된 다수의 분리가능한 로드 세그멘트를 포함하고 있는 휴대용 구조물.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 로드 세그멘트는 저장을 위해서 서로 분리되어 접혀지는 휴대용 구조물.
  7. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 지지수단은 상기 스프레더 로드의 일단부에 연결된 적어도 하나의 지주를 포함하고 있고, 상기 지주는 직립한 상태로 고정되도록 상기 단부패널들중 하나에 부착되는 휴대용 구조물.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 각각의 상기 지주는 단부와 단부로 연결된 다수의 분리가능한 지주 세그멘트를 포함하는 휴대용 구조물.
  9. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 지지수단은 상기 단부패널들중 하나로 이루어진 시이트와 지지결합하는 적어도 하나의 힘 분배기를 더 포함하고, 편평한 형상을 가지며, 서로 평행하게 배치되고, 상기 단부 패널의 상기 시이트와 표면 대 표면으로 접촉하는 휴대용 구조물.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 단부패널들중 하나의 후프는 저장을 위해서 감소된 직경의 편평한 코일로 감겨지고, 상기 힘 분배기는 상기 후프의 감김을 방해하지 않을 정도의 크기 및 형상을 갖는 휴대용 구조물.
  11. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 힘 분배기는 상기 후프에 연결되어 있는 휴대용 구조물.
  12. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 힘 분배기를 상기 스프레더 로드의 일단부에 연결시키는 수단을 더 포함하는 휴대용 구조물.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 상기 힘 분배기를 상기 스프레더 로드의 일단부에 연결시키는 상기 수단이 길다란 지주인 휴대용 구조물.
  14. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 상기 고정수단은 상기 휴대용 구조물 전체에 걸쳐서 연장되는 측방항으로 이격된 길다른 스프레더 로드들을 포함하고 있는 휴대용 구조물.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 상기 스프레더 로드는 단부와 단부로 연결된 다수의 분리가능한 로드 세그멘트를 포함하고 있는 휴대용 구조물.
  16. 제15항에 있어서, 각각의 상기 스프레더 로드의 상기 로드 세그멘트는 저장을 위해서 서로 분리되고 접혀지는 휴대용 구조물.
  17. 제14항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 상기 스프레더 로드의 적어도 일단부가 상기 덮개에 연결되어 있는 휴대용 구조물.
  18. 제14항에 있어서, 상기 스프레더 로드들을 상기 단부패널들에 작동가능하게 연결시키는 지지수단을 더 포함하는 휴대용 구조물.
  19. 제14항에 있어서, 상기 스프레더 로드들은 서로 교차하도록 배열되어 있는 휴대용 구조물.
  20. 제14항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 상기 스프레더 로드의 적어도 일단부가 상기 후프들중 하나에 연결되어 있는 휴대용 구조물.
  21. 제18항에 있어서, 상기 지지수단은 상기 스프레더 로드들중 하나의 일단부에 연결된 적어도 하나의 지주를 포함하고 있고, 상기 지주는 직립한 상태로 고정되도록 상기 단부패널들중 하나에 부착되어 있는 휴대용 구조물.
  22. 제21항에 있어서, 각각의 상기 지주는 단부와 단부로 연결된 다수의 분리가능한 로드 세그멘트로 이루어져 있는 휴대용 구조물.
  23. 제18항에 있어서, 상기 지지수단은 상기 단부패널들중 하나로 이루어진 시이트와 지지결합하는 적어도 하나의 힘 분배기를 더 포함하고, 편평한 형상을 가지며, 서로 평행하게 배치되고, 상기 단부패널의 상기 시이트와 표면 대 표면으로 접촉하는 휴대용 구조물.
  24. 제23항에 있어서, 상기 단부패널들중 하나의 후프는 저장을 위해서 감소된 직경의 편평한 코일로 감겨질 수 있고, 상기 힘 분배기는 상기 후프의 감김을 방해하지 않을 정도의 크기 및 형상을 갖는 휴대용 구조물.
  25. 제23항에 있어서, 상기 힘 분배기가 상기 후프에 연결되어 있는 휴대용 구조물.
  26. 제23항에 있어서, 상기 분배기를 상기 스프레더 로드의 일단부에 연결시키는 수단을 더 포함하는 휴대용 구조물.
  27. 제23항에 있어서, 상기 힘 분배기가 길다란 지주에 의해서 적어도 하나의 상기 스프레더 로드의 일단부에 연결되어 있는 휴대용 구조물.
